Abram rich.’

spared to take of his own flock and of his own

God said to Solomon, “Since this was in your heart instead of requesting
riches or wealth or glory for
yourself or death for your enemies—and since you have not even requested long life but have asked for wisdom and knowledge to
govern My people over whom I have made you king—
Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like.

spoil, it was so much.

plunder for three days because there was so much.

They refused to
listen and failed to remember the wonders You performed among them. They

riches, and he shall
vomit them up again: God shall cast them out of his
belly.

richness.
Because there is wrath,
beware lest he take thee away with his stroke: then a great
ransom cannot deliver thee.

riches; do not let a large
bribe lead you
astray.

welcomed him with
rich blessings; You placed on his head a crown of pure gold.
All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.

shew: surely they are disquieted in vain: he heapeth up
riches, and knoweth not who shall gather them.

riches not knowing who will
haul them away.

The Daughter of Tyre will come with a gift; men of wealth will seek your favor.
Both low and high, rich and poor, together.
both low and high, rich and poor alike.
They that trust in their wealth, and
boast themselves in the multitude of their
riches;
They trust in their wealth and
boast in their great
riches.
Be not thou afraid when one is made rich, when the glory of his house is increased;
Do not be
amazed when a man grows
rich, when the
splendor of his house increases.
Man that is in honour, and understandeth not, is like the beasts that perish.
A man who has riches without understanding is like the beasts that perish.

“Look at the man who did not make God his refuge, but trusted in the abundance of his wealth and strengthened himself by destruction.”
Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in
robbery: if
riches increase, set not your heart upon them.
Place no trust in
extortion, or false hope in
stolen goods. If your
riches increase, do not set your heart upon them.
My soul shall be satisfied as with
marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:
My soul is satisfied as with the richest of foods; with joyful lips my mouth will praise You.
Behold, these are the ungodly, who
prosper in the world; they increase in
riches.
Behold, these are the wicked— always carefree as they increase their wealth.
For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to
forgive; and
plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
For You, O Lord, are kind and
forgiving,
rich in loving devotion to all who call on You.
O LORD, how
manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy
riches.
How many are Your works, O LORD! In wisdom You have made them all; the earth is full of Your creatures.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow His precepts gain
rich understanding. His praise endures
forever!
Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.
Wealth and
riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures
forever.
Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour.
Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor.
Riches and honour are with me;
yea,
durable riches and righteousness.
With me are
riches and honor,
enduring wealth and righteousness.
He becometh poor that dealeth with a
slack hand: but the hand of the
diligent maketh
rich.
Idle hands make one poor, but
diligent hands bring wealth.
The rich man’s wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty.
The wealth of the rich man is his fortified city, but poverty is the ruin of the poor.
The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.
The blessing of the LORD enriches, and He adds no sorrow to it.
Riches profit not in the day of wrath: but righteousness delivereth from death.
Riches are worthless in the day of wrath, but righteousness brings
deliverance from death.
A
gracious woman retaineth honour: and strong men retain
riches.
He that trusteth in his
riches shall fall: but the righteous shall
flourish as a branch.
He who trusts in his
riches will fall, but the righteous will
thrive like foliage.

ransom of a man’s life are his
riches: but the poor heareth not
rebuke.

ransom a man’s life, but a poor man hears no
threat.

hated even of his own neighbour: but the
rich hath many friends.
The poor man is
hated even by his
neighbor, but many are those who love the
rich.
The crown of the wise is their
riches: but the
foolishness of fools is folly.
The crown of the wise is their wealth, but the effort of fools is folly.
The
rich man’s wealth is his strong city, and as an high wall in his own
conceit.
A rich man’s wealth is his fortified city; it is like a high wall in his imagination.
The poor useth intreaties; but the rich answereth roughly.
The poor man pleads for mercy, but the rich man answers harshly.
House and
riches are the inheritance of fathers and a
prudent wife is from the LORD.
Houses and wealth are inherited from fathers, but a
prudent wife is from the LORD.
He that loveth pleasure shall be a poor man: he that loveth wine and oil shall not be rich.

A good name is more desirable than great riches; favor is better than silver and gold.
The rich and poor meet together: the LORD is the maker of them all.
The rich and the poor have this in common: The LORD is Maker of them all.
By
humility and the fear of the LORD are
riches, and honour, and life.
The rewards of
humility and the fear of the LORD are wealth and honor and life.
The
rich ruleth over the poor, and the
borrower is servant to the
lender.
He that oppresseth the poor to increase his riches, and he that giveth to the rich, shall surely come to want.
Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom.
Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? for
riches certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle toward heaven.
When you
glance at wealth, it disappears, for it makes wings for itself and
flies like an eagle to the sky.
And by knowledge shall the chambers be filled with all precious and pleasant riches.
through knowledge its rooms are filled with every precious and beautiful
treasure.

convict the guilty, and
rich blessing will come upon them.
For
riches are not for ever: and
doth the crown
endure to every generation?
for
riches are not
forever, nor does a crown
endure to every generation.
Better is the poor that walketh in his uprightness, than he that is
perverse in his ways, though he be
rich.
The
rich man is wise in his own
conceit; but the poor that hath understanding searcheth him out.
A
rich man is wise in his own eyes, but a poor man with
discernment sees through him.
A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh
haste to be
rich shall not be innocent.

A
stingy man hastens after wealth and does not know that poverty awaits him.
Remove far from me vanity and lies: give me neither poverty nor riches; feed me with food convenient for me:
Keep
falsehood and
deceitful words far from me. Give me neither poverty nor
riches; feed me with the bread that is my portion.
There is one alone, and there is not a second;
yea, he hath neither child nor brother: yet is there no end of all his labour; neither is his eye satisfied with
riches; neither saith he, For whom do I labour, and
bereave my soul of good? This is also vanity,
yea, it is a
sore travail.
There is a man all alone, without even a son or brother. And though there is no end to his labor, his eyes are still not content with his wealth: “For whom do I
toil and
bereave my soul of enjoyment?” This too is
futile—a
miserable task.
The sleep of a labouring man is sweet, whether he eat little or much: but the abundance of the rich will not suffer him to sleep.
The sleep of the worker is sweet, whether he eats little or much, but the abundance of the rich man permits him no sleep.
There is a
sore evil which I have seen under the sun, namely,
riches kept for the owners thereof to their
hurt.
