And
Nadab and
Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his
censer, and put fire therein, and put incense
thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not.
Now Aaron’s sons
Nadab and
Abihu took their
censers, put fire in them and added incense, and offered unauthorized fire before the LORD, contrary to His command.
And he shall take a
censer full of burning coals of fire from off the altar before the LORD, and his hands full of sweet incense beaten small, and bring it within the
vail:
Then he must take a
censer full of burning coals from the altar before the LORD, and two handfuls of finely ground
fragrant incense, and take them inside the
veil.
And they shall put upon it all the vessels thereof,
wherewith they minister about it, even the
censers, the fleshhooks, and the shovels, and the basons, all the vessels of the altar; and they shall spread upon it a covering of badgers skins, and put to the
staves of it.
and place on it all the vessels used to serve there: the firepans, meat forks, shovels, and
sprinkling bowls—all the
equipment of the altar. They are to spread over it a covering of fine leather and
insert the poles.
This do; Take you
censers,
Korah, and all his company;
You,
Korah, and all your followers are to do as follows: Take
censers,
And take every man his
censer, and put incense in them, and bring ye before the LORD every man his
censer, two hundred and fifty
censers; thou also, and Aaron, each of you his
censer.
Each man is to take his
censer, place incense in it, and present it before the LORD—250
censers. You and Aaron are to present your
censers as well.”
And they took every man his
censer, and put fire in them, and laid incense
thereon, and stood in the door of the tabernacle of the congregation with Moses and Aaron.
So each man took his
censer, put fire and incense in it, and stood with Moses and Aaron at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.
Speak unto
Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, that he take up the
censers out of the burning, and
scatter thou the fire
yonder; for they are
hallowed.
“Tell
Eleazar son of Aaron the priest to remove the
censers from the flames and to
scatter the coals far away, because the
censers are holy.
The
censers of these sinners against their own souls, let them make them broad plates for a covering of the altar: for they offered them before the LORD, therefore they are
hallowed: and they shall be a sign unto the children of Israel.
As for the
censers of those who
sinned at the cost of their own lives, hammer them into sheets to overlay the altar, for these were presented before the LORD, and so have become holy. They will serve as a sign to the Israelites.”
And
Eleazar the priest took the
brasen censers,
wherewith they that were burnt had offered; and they were made broad plates for a covering of the altar:
So
Eleazar the priest took the bronze
censers brought by those who had been burned up, and he had them hammered out to overlay the altar,
And Moses said unto Aaron, Take a
censer, and put fire therein from off the altar, and put on incense, and go quickly unto the congregation, and make an
atonement for them: for there is wrath gone out from the LORD; the plague is begun.
Moses said to Aaron, “Take your
censer, place fire from the altar in it, and add incense. Go quickly to the congregation and make
atonement for them, because wrath has come out from the LORD; the plague has begun.”
And Aaron took as Moses commanded, and ran into the midst of the congregation; and, behold, the plague was begun among the people: and he put on incense, and made an
atonement for the people.
So Aaron took the
censer as Moses had ordered and ran into the midst of the assembly. And seeing that the plague had begun among the people, he offered the incense and made
atonement for the people.

wroth, and had a
censer in his hand to burn incense: and while he was
wroth with the priests, the
leprosy even rose up in his
forehead before the priests in the house of the LORD, from beside the incense altar.
Uzziah, with a
censer in his hand to offer incense, was
enraged. But while he
raged against the priests in their presence in the house of the LORD before the altar of incense,
leprosy broke out on his
forehead.

sprinkling bowls, pots, lampstands, pans, and drink offering
bowls—anything made of pure gold or fine silver.

And the angel took the
censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an
earthquake.
And this was the number of them; A thousand golden cups, and a thousand of silver, censers of silver twenty nine, vials of gold thirty, and of silver two thousand four hundred and ten, and a thousand other vessels.

censer, and as a vessel of beaten gold set with all manner of precious stones:

shewbread, and the pouring vessels, and the vials. and the
censers of gold, and the
