Diallage [Noun] Webster's Dictionary 1828

A mineral, the smaragdite of Saussure, of a lamellar or foliated structure. Its subspecies are green diallage metalloidal diallage and bronzite. The metalloidal subspecies is called schillersteing, or shiller spar.
