melt with fear, because all Israel knows that your father is a mighty man who has
valiant men with him.

apparel and horse be delivered to the hand of one of the king’s
most noble princes, that they may
array the man
withal whom the king delighteth to honour, and bring him on
horseback through the street of the city, and
proclaim before him, Thus shall it be done to the man whom the king delighteth to honour.
Let the
robe and the horse be entrusted to one of the king’s

parade him on the horse through the city square,
proclaiming before him, ‘This is what is done for the man whom the king is delighted to honor!’”
Could one who hates justice
govern? Will you
condemn the just and mighty One,
I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.
I will
thank the LORD for His righteousness and sing praise to the name of the LORD
Most High.
I will be
glad and
rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou
most High.
I will be
glad and
rejoice in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O
Most High.
The LORD also
thundered in the heavens, and the Highest gave his voice;
hail stones and coals of fire.
The LORD
thundered from heaven; the voice of the
Most High resounded— hailstones and coals of fire.
For thou hast made him
most blessed for ever: thou hast made him exceeding
glad with thy countenance.
For You grant him blessings
forever; You
cheer him with joy in Your presence.

forever.
Gird thy sword upon thy
thigh, O
most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty.
There is a river, the streams
whereof shall make
glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the
most High.
There is a river whose streams delight the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells.
For the LORD most high is terrible; he is a great King over all the earth.
How
awesome is the LORD
Most High, the great King over all the earth!
Offer unto God
thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the
most High:
Sacrifice a
thank offering to God, and
fulfill your vows to the
Most High.
Mine enemies would daily
swallow me up: for they be many that fight against me, O thou
most High.
My enemies pursue me all day long, for many proudly
assail me.
I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me.
I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills His purpose for me.
And they say, How
doth God know? and is there knowledge in the
most High?
The wicked say, “How can God know? Does the Most High have knowledge?”
And I said, This is my
infirmity: but I will remember the years of the right hand of the
most High.
So I said, “I am
grieved that the right hand of the
Most High has changed.”
And they
sinned yet more against him by
provoking the
most High in the wilderness.
But they continued to sin against Him, rebelling in the desert against the Most High.
And they remembered that God was their rock, and the high God their
redeemer.
And they remembered that God was their Rock, that God
Most High was their
Redeemer.
But they tested and disobeyed God Most High, for they did not keep His decrees.
I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
I have said, ‘You are gods; you are all sons of the Most High.’
That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.
May they know that You alone, whose name is the LORD, are Most High over all the earth.

And it will be said of
Zion: “This one and that one were born in her, and the
Most High Himself will establish her.”
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the
most High shall
abide under the shadow of the
Almighty.
He who dwells in the shelter of the
Most High will
abide in the shadow of the
Almighty.
Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the
most High, thy
habitation;
Because you have made the LORD your dwelling— my refuge, the Most High—
It is a good thing to give
thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O
most High:
It is good to praise the LORD, and to sing praises to Your name, O Most High,
But thou, LORD, art
most high for
evermore.
For thou, LORD, art high above all the earth: thou art
exalted far above all gods.
For You, O LORD, are
Most High over all the earth; You are
exalted far above all gods.
Because they rebelled against the words of God, and
contemned the counsel of the
most High:
because they rebelled against the words of God and
despised the counsel of the
Most High.
Most men will
proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?
Many a man proclaims his loving devotion, but who can find a
trustworthy man?
Surely I am more
brutish than any man, and have not the understanding of a man.
Surely I am the most ignorant of men, and I lack the understanding of a man.
What is thy beloved more than another beloved, O thou fairest among women? what is thy beloved more than another beloved, that thou
dost so charge us?
How is your beloved better than others, O most beautiful among women? How is your beloved better than another, that you charge us so?
His head is as the
most fine gold, his locks are
bushy, and black as a
raven.
His head is purest gold; his hair is
wavy and black as a
raven.
His mouth is
most sweet:
yea, he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem.
His mouth is most sweet; he is altogether lovely. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem.
Whither is thy beloved gone, O thou fairest among women?
whither is thy beloved turned aside? that we may seek him with thee.
Where has your beloved gone, O most beautiful among women? Which way has he turned? We will seek him with you.
Set me as a seal upon thine heart, as a seal upon thine arm: for love is strong as death; jealousy is cruel as the grave: the coals thereof are coals of fire, which hath a
most vehement flame.
Set me as a seal over your heart, as a seal upon your arm. For love is as strong as death, its jealousy as
unrelenting as
Sheol. Its sparks are
fiery flames, the fiercest
blaze of all.
