“Throw it on the ground,” said the LORD. So Moses threw it on the ground, and it became a
snake, and he ran from it.
And the LORD said unto Moses, When thou goest to return into Egypt, see that thou do all those wonders
before Pharaoh, which I have put in thine hand: but I will
harden his heart, that he shall not let the people go.
The LORD
instructed Moses, “When you go back to Egypt, see that you perform
before Pharaoh all the wonders that I have put within your power. But I will
harden his heart so that he will not let the people go.
And Aaron spake all the words which the LORD had spoken unto Moses, and did the signs in the sight of the people.

And the tale of the bricks, which they did make
heretofore, ye shall lay upon them; ye shall not diminish ought thereof: for they be idle; therefore they cry, saying, Let us go and sacrifice to our God.
But require of them the same
quota of bricks as
before; do not reduce it. For they are
lazy; that is why they are crying out, ‘Let us go and sacrifice to our God.’
And the officers of the children of Israel, which Pharaoh’s taskmasters had set over them, were beaten, and demanded, Wherefore have ye not fulfilled your task in making brick both
yesterday and to day, as
heretofore?
Then the
Israelite foremen, whom Pharaoh’s taskmasters had set over the people, were beaten and asked, “Why have you not fulfilled your
quota of bricks
yesterday or
today, as you did
before?”
And they said unto them, The LORD look upon you, and judge; because ye have made our savour to be
abhorred in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of his servants, to put a sword in their hand to
slay us.
“May the LORD look upon you and judge you,” the
foremen said, “for you have made us a
stench before Pharaoh and his officials; you have placed in their hand a sword to kill us!”
And Moses spake
before the LORD, saying, Behold, the children of Israel have not
hearkened unto me; how then shall Pharaoh hear me, who am of
uncircumcised lips?
But in the LORD’s presence Moses replied, “If the Israelites will not
listen to me, then why would Pharaoh
listen to me, since I am unskilled in speech?”
And Moses said
before the LORD, Behold, I am of
uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh
hearken unto me?
But in the LORD’s presence Moses replied, “Since I am unskilled in speech, why would Pharaoh
listen to me?”
When Pharaoh shall speak unto you, saying,
Shew a
miracle for you: then thou shalt say unto Aaron, Take thy rod, and cast it
before Pharaoh, and it shall become a serpent.
“When Pharaoh tells you, ‘Perform a
miracle,’ you are to say to Aaron, ‘Take your staff and throw it down
before Pharaoh,’ and it will become a serpent.”
And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent.
So Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and did just as the LORD had commanded. Aaron threw his staff down before Pharaoh and his officials, and it became a serpent.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh; lo, he cometh forth to the water; and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Let my people go, that they may serve me.
Then the LORD said to Moses, “Get up early in the morning, and when Pharaoh goes out to the water, stand before him and tell him that this is what the LORD says: ‘Let My people go, so that they may worship Me.
And Moses said, It is not meet so to do; for we shall sacrifice the
abomination of the Egyptians to the LORD our God: lo, shall we sacrifice the
abomination of the Egyptians
before their eyes, and will they not stone us?
But Moses replied, “It would not be right to do that, because the sacrifices we offer to the LORD our God would be
detestable to the Egyptians. If we offer sacrifices that are
detestable before the Egyptians, will they not stone us?
And they took ashes of the furnace, and stood
before Pharaoh; and Moses
sprinkled it up toward heaven; and it became a
boil breaking forth with blains upon man, and upon beast.
So they took
soot from the furnace and stood
before Pharaoh. Moses
tossed it into the air, and
festering boils broke out on man and beast.
And the magicians could not stand
before Moses because of the boils; for the
boil was upon the magicians, and upon all the Egyptians.
The magicians could not stand before Moses, because the boils had broken out on them and on all the Egyptians.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.
Then the LORD said to Moses, “Get up early in the morning, stand before Pharaoh, and tell him that this is what the LORD, the God of the Hebrews, says: ‘Let My people go, so that they may worship Me.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh: for I have
hardened his heart, and the heart of his servants, that I might
shew these my signs
before him:
Then the LORD said to Moses, “Go to Pharaoh, for I have
hardened his heart and the hearts of his officials, that I may perform these
miraculous signs of Mine among them,
And Moses and Aaron came in unto Pharaoh, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD God of the Hebrews, How long
wilt thou refuse to humble
thyself before me? let my people go, that they may serve me.
So Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh and told him, “This is what the LORD, the God of the Hebrews, says: ‘How long will you refuse to humble
yourself before Me? Let My people go, so that they may worship Me.
And he said unto them, Let the LORD be so with you, as I will let you go, and your little ones: look to it; for evil is before you.
Then Pharaoh told them, “May the LORD be with you if I ever let you go with your little ones. Clearly you are bent on evil.
And the locusts went up over all the land of Egypt, and rested in all the coasts of Egypt: very
grievous were they;
before them there were no such locusts as they, neither after them shall be such.
The locusts
swarmed across the land and settled over the entire territory of Egypt. Never
before had there been so many locusts, and never again will there be.
And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there was none like it, nor shall be like it any more.
Then a great cry will go out over all the land of Egypt. Such an outcry has never been heard before and will never be heard again.
And all these thy servants shall come down unto me, and bow down themselves unto me, saying, Get thee out, and all the people that follow thee: and after that I will go out. And he went out from Pharaoh in a great anger.
And all these officials of yours will come and bow before me, saying, ‘Go, you and all the people who follow you!’ After that, I will depart.” And hot with anger, Moses left Pharaoh’s presence.
And Moses and Aaron did all these wonders
before Pharaoh: and the LORD
hardened Pharaoh’s heart, so that he would not let the children of Israel go out of his land.
Moses and Aaron did all these wonders
before Pharaoh, but the LORD
hardened Pharaoh’s heart so that he would not let the Israelites go out of his land.
And ye shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remaineth of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire.
Do not leave any of it until morning; before the morning you must burn up any part that is left over.
And the people took their
dough before it was
leavened, their kneadingtroughs being bound up in their clothes upon their shoulders.
And the LORD went
before them by day in a
pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a
pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:
And the LORD went
before them in a
pillar of cloud to guide their way by day, and in a
pillar of fire to give them light by night, so that they could travel by day or night.
He took not away the
pillar of the cloud by day, nor the
pillar of fire by night, from
before the people.
Neither the
pillar of cloud by day nor the
pillar of fire by night left its place
before the people.
Speak unto the children of Israel, that they turn and
encamp before Pi-hahiroth, between
Migdol and the sea, over against
Baal-zephon:
before it shall ye
encamp by the sea.
“Tell the Israelites to turn back and
encamp before Pi-hahiroth, between
Migdol and the sea. You are to
encamp by the sea, directly opposite
Baal-zephon.
But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and
chariots of Pharaoh, and his
horsemen, and his army, and overtook them
encamping by the sea, beside
Pi-hahiroth,
before Baal-zephon.
The Egyptians—all Pharaoh’s horses and
chariots,
horsemen and troops—pursued the Israelites and overtook them as they camped by the sea near
Pi-hahiroth, opposite
Baal-zephon.
And the angel of God, which went
before the camp of Israel, removed and went behind them; and the
pillar of the cloud went from
before their face, and stood behind them:
And the angel of God, who had gone
before the camp of Israel, withdrew and went behind them. The
pillar of cloud also moved from
before them and stood behind them,
And Moses spake unto Aaron, Say unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, Come near before the LORD: for he hath heard your murmurings.
Then Moses said to Aaron, “Tell the whole congregation of Israel, ‘Come
before the LORD, for He has heard your
grumbling.’”
And Moses said unto Aaron, Take a pot, and put an
omer full of
manna therein, and lay it up
before the LORD, to be kept for your generations.
So Moses told Aaron, “Take a
jar and fill it with an
omer of
manna. Then place it
before the LORD to be preserved for the generations to come.”
As the LORD commanded Moses, so Aaron laid it up before the Testimony, to be kept.
And Aaron placed it in front of the Testimony, to be preserved just as the LORD had commanded Moses.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Go on
before the people, and take with thee of the elders of Israel; and thy rod,
wherewith thou smotest the river, take in thine hand, and go.
And the LORD said to Moses, “Walk on
ahead of the people and take some of the elders of Israel with you. Take along in your hand the staff with which you struck the Nile, and go.
Behold, I will stand
before thee there upon the rock in
Horeb; and thou shalt
smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.
Behold, I will stand there
before you by the rock at
Horeb. And when you strike the rock, water will come out of it for the people to drink.” So Moses did this in the sight of the elders of Israel.
And Jethro, Moses’ father in law, took a burnt offering and sacrifices for God: and Aaron came, and all the elders of Israel, to eat bread with Moses’ father in law before God.
Then Moses’ father-in-law Jethro brought a burnt offering and sacrifices to God, and Aaron came with all the elders of Israel to eat bread with Moses’ father-in-law in the presence of God.
Hearken now unto my voice, I will give thee counsel, and God shall be with thee: Be thou for the people to God-ward, that thou mayest bring the causes unto God:
Now
listen to me; I will give you some advice, and may God be with you. You must be the people’s representative
before God and bring their causes to Him.
For they were departed from
Rephidim, and were come to the desert of
Sinai, and had pitched in the wilderness; and there Israel camped
before the mount.
After they had set out from
Rephidim, they entered the Wilderness of
Sinai, and Israel camped there in front of the mountain.
And Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before their faces all these words which the LORD commanded him.
So Moses went back and summoned the elders of the people and set before them all these words that the LORD had commanded him.
Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
You shall have no other gods before Me.
And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.
“Do not be afraid,” Moses replied. “For God has come to test you, so that the fear of Him may be
before you, to keep you from
sinning.”
Now these are the judgments which thou shalt set before them.
“These are the ordinances that you are to set before them:
Then his master shall bring him unto the judges; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever.
then his master is to bring him
before the judges. And he shall take him to the door or
doorpost and
pierce his ear with an
awl. Then he shall serve his master for life.
If the
thief be not found, then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges, to see whether he have put his hand unto his neighbour’s goods.
If the
thief is not found, the owner of the house must appear
before the judges to determine whether he has taken his
neighbor’s property.
For all manner of
trespass, whether it be for ox, for
ass, for sheep, for
raiment, or for any manner of lost thing, which another challengeth to be his, the cause of both parties shall come
before the judges; and whom the judges shall
condemn, he shall pay double unto his neighbour.
In all cases of
illegal possession of an ox, a
donkey, a sheep, a garment, or any lost
item that someone claims, ‘This is mine,’ both parties shall bring their cases
before the judges. The one whom the judges find guilty must pay back double to his
neighbor.
Then shall an oath of the LORD be between them both, that he hath not put his hand unto his neighbour’s goods; and the owner of it shall accept thereof, and he shall not make it good.
an oath
before the LORD shall be made between the parties to determine whether or not the man has taken his
neighbor’s property. The owner must accept the oath and require no
restitution.
Thou shalt keep the feast of
unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat
unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month
Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear
before me empty:)
You are to keep the Feast of
Unleavened Bread as I commanded you: At the appointed time in the month of
Abib you are to eat
unleavened bread for seven days, because that was the month you came out of Egypt. No one may appear
before Me empty-handed.
Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord GOD.
Three times a year all your males are to appear before the Lord GOD.
Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.
Behold, I am sending an angel before you to protect you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared.
I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee.
I will send My terror
ahead of you and throw into confusion every nation you
encounter. I will make all your enemies turn and run.
And I will send hornets
before thee, which shall drive out the Hivite, the
Canaanite, and the Hittite, from
before thee.
I will not drive them out from
before thee in one year; lest the land become
desolate, and the beast of the field multiply against thee.
I will not drive them out
before you in a single year; otherwise the land would become
desolate and wild animals would multiply against you.
By little and little I will drive them out from
before thee, until thou be increased, and
inherit the land.
Little by little I will drive them out
ahead of you, until you become fruitful and possess the land.
And I will set thy bounds from the Red sea even unto the sea of the Philistines, and from the desert unto the river: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand; and thou shalt drive them out before thee.
And I will establish your borders from the Red Sea to the Sea of the Philistines, and from the desert to the Euphrates. For I will deliver the inhabitants into your hand, and you will drive them out before you.
And place the Bread of the Presence on the table before Me at all times.
In the tabernacle of the congregation without the
vail, which is
before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning
before the LORD: it shall be a statute for ever unto their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.
In the Tent of Meeting, outside the
veil that is in front of the Testimony, Aaron and his sons are to tend the lamps
before the LORD from evening until morning. This is to be a permanent statute for the Israelites for the generations to come.
And thou shalt put the two stones upon the shoulders of the
ephod for stones of
memorial unto the children of Israel: and Aaron shall bear their names
before the LORD upon his two shoulders for a
memorial.
Fasten both stones on the shoulder pieces of the
ephod as
memorial stones for the sons of Israel. Aaron is to bear their names on his two shoulders as a
memorial before the LORD.
And the other two ends of the two
wreathen chains thou shalt
fasten in the two ouches, and put them on the shoulderpieces of the
ephod before it.
And Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the
breastplate of judgment upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy place, for a
memorial before the LORD continually.
Whenever Aaron enters the Holy Place, he shall bear the names of the sons of Israel over his heart on the breastpiece of judgment, as a continual reminder before the LORD.
And thou shalt put in the
breastplate of judgment the
Urim and the
Thummim; and they shall be upon Aaron’s heart, when he goeth in
before the LORD: and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart
before the LORD continually.
And place the
Urim and
Thummim in the breastpiece of judgment, so that they will also be over Aaron’s heart whenever he comes
before the LORD. Aaron will continually carry the judgment of the sons of Israel over his heart
before the LORD.
And it shall be upon Aaron to minister: and his sound shall be heard when he goeth in unto the holy place before the LORD, and when he cometh out, that he die not.
Aaron must wear the
robe whenever he ministers, and its sound will be heard when he enters or exits the sanctuary
before the LORD, so that he will not die.
And it shall be upon Aaron’s
forehead, that Aaron may bear the iniquity of the holy things, which the children of Israel shall
hallow in all their holy gifts; and it shall be always upon his
forehead, that they may be accepted
before the LORD.
And it will be worn on Aaron’s
forehead, so that he may bear the iniquity of the holy things that the sons of Israel
consecrate with regard to all their holy gifts. It shall always be on his
forehead, so that they may be acceptable
before the LORD.
And thou shalt cause a
bullock to be brought
before the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the
bullock.
You are to present the bull at the front of the Tent of Meeting, and Aaron and his sons are to lay their hands on its head.
And thou shalt kill the
bullock before the LORD, by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
And you shall slaughter the bull before the LORD at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.
And thou shalt put all in the hands of Aaron, and in the hands of his sons; and shalt wave them for a wave offering before the LORD.
Put all these in the hands of Aaron and his sons and wave them before the LORD as a wave offering.
And thou shalt receive them of their hands, and burn them upon the altar for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour before the LORD: it is an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
Then take them from their hands and burn them on the altar
atop the burnt offering as a pleasing
aroma before the LORD; it is an offering made by fire to the LORD.
And thou shalt take the breast of the ram of Aaron’s
consecration, and wave it for a wave offering
before the LORD: and it shall be thy part.
Take the breast of the ram of Aaron’s
ordination and wave it
before the LORD as a wave offering, and it will be your portion.
This shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD: where I will meet you, to speak there unto thee.
For the generations to come, this burnt offering shall be made regularly at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting before the LORD, where I will meet you to speak with you.
And thou shalt put it
before the
vail that is by the ark of the testimony,
before the mercy seat that is over the testimony, where I will meet with thee.
Place the altar in front of the
veil that is
before the ark of the Testimony—
before the mercy seat that is over the Testimony—where I will meet with you.
And when Aaron lighteth the lamps at even, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before the LORD throughout your generations.
When Aaron sets up the lamps at
twilight, he must burn the incense perpetually
before the LORD for the generations to come.
And thou shalt take the
atonement money of the children of Israel, and shalt
appoint it for the service of the tabernacle of the congregation; that it may be a
memorial unto the children of Israel
before the LORD, to make an
atonement for your souls.
Take the
atonement money from the Israelites and use it for the service of the Tent of Meeting. It will serve as a
memorial for the Israelites
before the LORD to make
atonement for your lives.”
And thou shalt beat some of it very small, and put of it before the testimony in the tabernacle of the congregation, where I will meet with thee: it shall be unto you most holy.
Grind some of it into fine powder and place it in front of the Testimony in the Tent of Meeting, where I will meet with you. It shall be most holy to you.
And when the people saw that Moses delayed to come down out of the mount, the people gathered themselves together unto Aaron, and said unto him, Up, make us gods, which shall go
before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we
wot not what is become of him.
Now when the people saw that Moses was delayed in coming down from the mountain, they gathered around Aaron and said, “Come, make us gods who will go before us. As for this Moses who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has happened to him!”
And when Aaron saw it, he built an altar
before it; and Aaron made
proclamation, and said, To
morrow is a feast to the LORD.
When Aaron saw this, he built an altar
before the
calf and proclaimed: “
Tomorrow shall be a feast to the LORD.”
For they said unto me, Make us gods, which shall go
before us: for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we
wot not what is become of him.
They told me, ‘Make us gods who will go before us. As for this Moses who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has happened to him!’
Therefore now go, lead the people unto the place of which I have spoken unto thee: behold, mine Angel shall go before thee: nevertheless in the day when I visit I will visit their sin upon them.
Now go, lead the people to the place I described. Behold, My angel shall go
before you. But on the day I settle accounts, I will
punish them for their sin.”
And I will send an angel
before thee; and I will drive out the
Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite:
And he said, I will make all my goodness pass
before thee, and I will
proclaim the name of the LORD
before thee; and will be
gracious to whom I will be
gracious, and will
shew mercy on whom I will
shew mercy.
“I will cause all My goodness to pass
before you,” the LORD replied, “and I will
proclaim My name—the LORD—in your presence. I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have
compassion on whom I have
compassion.”
And be ready in the morning, and come up in the morning unto mount
Sinai, and present
thyself there to me in the top of the mount.
Be ready in the morning, and come up on Mount
Sinai to present
yourself before Me on the mountaintop.
And no man shall come up with thee, neither let any man be seen throughout all the mount; neither let the flocks nor herds feed before that mount.
No one may go up with you; in fact, no one may be seen
anywhere on the mountain—not even the flocks or herds may
graze in front of the mountain.”
And the LORD passed by
before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God,
merciful and
gracious,
longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,
Then the LORD passed in front of Moses and called out: “The LORD, the LORD God, is
compassionate and
gracious, slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion and faithfulness,
And he said, Behold, I make a covenant: before all thy people I will do marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation: and all the people among which thou art shall see the work of the LORD: for it is a terrible thing that I will do with thee.
And the LORD said, “Behold, I am making a covenant.
Before all your people I will perform wonders that have never been done in any nation in all the world. All the people among whom you live will see the LORD’s work, for it is an
awesome thing that I am doing with you.
Observe thou that which I command thee this day: behold, I drive out
before thee the Amorite, and the
Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite.
But the
firstling of an
ass thou shalt
redeem with a lamb: and if thou
redeem him not, then shalt thou break his neck. All the
firstborn of thy sons thou shalt
redeem. And none shall appear
before me empty.
Thrice in the year shall all your men children appear
before the Lord GOD, the God of Israel.
Three times a year all your males are to appear before the Lord GOD, the God of Israel.
For I will cast out the nations
before thee, and
enlarge thy borders: neither shall any man desire thy land, when thou shalt go up to appear
before the LORD thy God
thrice in the year.
For I will drive out the nations
before you and
enlarge your borders, and no one will
covet your land when you go up three times a year to appear
before the LORD your God.
But when Moses went in
before the LORD to speak with him, he took the
vail off, until he came out. And he came out, and spake unto the children of Israel that which he was commanded.
But whenever Moses went in
before the LORD to speak with Him, he would remove the
veil until he came out. And when he came out, he would tell the Israelites what he had been commanded,
And the two ends of the two
wreathen chains they fastened in the two ouches, and put them on the shoulderpieces of the
ephod,
before it.
and they fastened the other ends of the two chains to the two
filigree settings,
attaching them to the shoulder pieces of the
ephod at the front.
And thou shalt set the altar of gold for the incense before the ark of the testimony, and put the hanging of the door to the tabernacle.
Place the gold altar of incense in front of the ark of the Testimony, and
hang the
curtain at the entrance to the tabernacle.
And thou shalt set the altar of the burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.
Place the altar of burnt offering in front of the entrance to the tabernacle, the Tent of Meeting.
And he set the bread in order upon it before the LORD; as the LORD had commanded Moses.
He arranged the bread on it before the LORD, just as the LORD had commanded him.
And he lighted the lamps before the LORD; as the LORD commanded Moses.
and set up the lamps before the LORD, just as the LORD had commanded him.
And he put the golden altar in the tent of the congregation
before the
vail:
Moses placed the gold altar in the Tent of Meeting, in front of the
veil,
If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the
herd, let him offer a male without
blemish: he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation
before the LORD.
If one’s offering is a burnt offering from the
herd, he is to present an
unblemished male. He must bring it to the entrance to the Tent of Meeting for its acceptance
before the LORD.
And he shall kill the
bullock before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall bring the blood, and
sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar that is by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
And he shall slaughter the young bull
before the LORD, and Aaron’s sons the priests are to present the blood and
sprinkle it on all sides of the altar at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.
And he shall kill it on the side of the altar northward
before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall
sprinkle his blood round about upon the altar.
He shall slaughter it on the north side of the altar
before the LORD, and Aaron’s sons the priests are to
sprinkle its blood against the altar on all sides.
And if his
oblation be a sacrifice of peace offering, if he offer it of the
herd; whether it be a male or female, he shall offer it without
blemish before the LORD.
“If one’s offering is a peace offering and he offers an animal from the
herd, whether male or female, he must present it without
blemish before the LORD.
If he offer a lamb for his offering, then shall he offer it before the LORD.
If he is presenting a lamb for his offering, he must present it before the LORD.
And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it
before the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron’s sons shall
sprinkle the blood thereof round about upon the altar.
He is to lay his hand on the head of his offering and slaughter it in front of the Tent of Meeting. Then Aaron’s sons shall
sprinkle its blood on all sides of the altar.
