For if our
heart condemn us, God is greater than our
heart, and knoweth all things.
Even if our
hearts condemn us, God is greater than our
hearts, and He knows all things.
Beloved, if our
heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
Beloved, if our
hearts do not
condemn us, we have confidence before God,
And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of
antichrist,
whereof ye have
heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
and every spirit that does not
confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the
antichrist, which you have
heard is coming and which is already in the world at this time.
They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
They are of the world. That is why they speak from the world’s
perspective, and the world listens to them.
We are of God: he that knoweth God
heareth us; he that is not of God
heareth not us.
Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
We are from God.
Whoever knows God listens to us;
whoever is not from God does not
listen to us. That is how we know the Spirit of truth and the spirit of
deception.
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
And this is the confidence that we have before Him: If we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
And if we know that he
hear us,
whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we already possess what we have asked of Him.
And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.
And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the very commandment you have heard from the beginning, that you must walk in love.
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.
Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.
Blessed is the one who reads
aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who
hear and obey what is written in it, because the time is near.
I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and
heard behind me a great voice, as of a
trumpet,
On the Lord’s day I was in the Spirit, and I
heard behind me a loud voice like a
trumpet,
He that hath an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the
paradise of God.
He who has an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who overcomes, I will grant the right to eat from the tree of life in the
Paradise of God.
He that hath an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be
hurt of the second death.
He who has an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit says to the churches. The one who overcomes will not be
harmed by the second death.
He that hath an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden
manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.
He who has an ear, let him
hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who overcomes, I will give the hidden
manna. I will also give him a white stone inscribed with a new name, known only to the one who receives it.
And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the
reins and
hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.
Then I will strike her children dead, and all the churches will know that I am the One who searches minds and hearts, and I will repay each of you according to your deeds.
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
Remember therefore how thou hast received and
heard, and hold fast, and
repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a
thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
Remember, then, what you have received and
heard. Keep it and
repent. If you do not
wake up, I will come like a
thief, and you will not know the hour when I will come upon you.
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
Behold, I stand at the door, and
knock: if any man
hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will
sup with him, and he with me.
Behold, I stand at the door and
knock. If
anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and
dine with him, and he with Me.
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”

trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up
hither, and I will
shew thee things which must be
hereafter.

heard speak to me like a
trumpet was saying, “Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after these things.”

beheld, and I
heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;

heard the voices of many angels and living creatures and elders
encircling the throne, and their number was myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands.
And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
And I
heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying: “To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power
forever and ever!”
And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I
heard, as it were the noise of
thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
Then I watched as the Lamb opened one of the seven seals, and I
heard one of the four living creatures say in a
thunderous voice, “Come!”
And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.
And when the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!”
And when he had opened the third seal, I
heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I
beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.
And when the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” Then I looked and saw a black horse, and its rider held in his hand a pair of scales.
And I
heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a
penny, and three measures of barley for a
penny; and see thou
hurt not the oil and the wine.
And I
heard what sounded like a voice from among the four living creatures, saying, “A
quart of wheat for a
denarius, and three quarts of barley for a
denarius, and do not
harm the oil and wine.”
And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.
And when the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come!”

beheld, and
heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven, saying with a loud voice,

woe,
woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the
trumpet of the three angels, which are yet to sound!
And as I observed, I
heard an eagle flying overhead, calling in a loud voice, “
Woe!
Woe!
Woe to those who dwell on the earth, because of the
trumpet blasts about to be sounded by the remaining three angels!”
And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,

horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I
heard the number of them.

And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet
repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor
hear, nor walk:
Now the rest of mankind who were not killed by these plagues still did not
repent of the works of their hands. They did not stop worshiping demons and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone, and wood, which cannot see or
hear or walk.
And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.

scroll that lies open in the hand of the angel standing on the sea and on the land.”

And I
heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the
accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

heard a loud voice in heaven saying: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ. For the
accuser of our brothers has been thrown down— he who accuses them day and night before our God.
If any man have an ear, let him hear.
He who has an ear, let him hear:
And I
heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great
thunder: and I
heard the voice of harpers
harping with their harps:
And I
heard a sound from heaven like the
roar of many waters and the loud
rumbling of
thunder. And the sound I
heard was like harpists
strumming their harps.
And I
heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth:
Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.
And I
heard a voice from heaven telling me to write, “Blessed are the dead—those who die in the Lord from this moment on.” “
Yes,” says the Spirit, “they will rest from their labors, for their deeds will follow them.”
And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
Then I
heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, “Go, pour out on the earth the seven
bowls of God’s wrath.”
And I
heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and
wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.
And I heard the angel of the waters say: “Righteous are You, O Holy One, who is and was, because You have brought these judgments.
And I
heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God
Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
And I
heard the altar reply: “
Yes, Lord God
Almighty, true and just are Your judgments.”
For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.

How much she hath
glorified herself, and lived
deliciously, so much
torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her
heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
As much as she has
glorified herself and lived in
luxury, give her the same measure of
torment and grief. In her
heart she says, ‘I sit as queen; I am not a widow and will never see grief.’
And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be
heard no more at all in thee; and no
craftsman, of
whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a
millstone shall be
heard no more at all in thee;
And the sound of harpists and musicians, of
flute players and trumpeters, will never ring out in you again. Nor will any
craftsmen of any trade be found in you again, nor the sound of a
millstone be
heard in you again.
And the light of a
candle shall
shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the
bridegroom and of the
bride shall be
heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy
sorceries were all nations
deceived.
The light of a lamp will never
shine in you again, and the voices of a
bride and
bridegroom will never call out in you again. For your merchants were the great ones of the earth, because all the nations were
deceived by your
sorcery.”
And after these things I
heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying,
Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:
After this I
heard a sound like the
roar of a great multitude in heaven,
shouting: “
Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God!

heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying,
Alleluia: for the Lord God
omnipotent reigneth.

And the Spirit and the
bride say, Come. And let him that
heareth say, Come. And let him that is
athirst come. And
whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
The Spirit and the
bride say, “Come!” Let the one who
hears say, “Come!” And let the one who is
thirsty come, and the one who desires the water of life drink freely.
For I
testify unto every man that
heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
I
testify to
everyone who
hears the words of prophecy in this book: If
anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book.
And the works or Josias were upright before his Lord with an
heart full of
godliness.
And after that king Nabuchodonosor had made him to
swear by the name of the Lord, he
forswore himself, and rebelled; and
hardening his neck, his
heart, he
transgressed the laws of the Lord God of Israel.
And it maketh every heart rich, so that a man remembereth neither king nor governor; and it maketh to speak all things by talents:
Insomuch that the
trumpets might not be
heard for the
weeping of the people: yet the multitude sounded marvellously, so that it was
heard afar off.
Wherefore when the enemies of the tribe of Judah and Benjamin
heard it, they came to know what that noise of
trumpets should mean.
Then said
Esdras the
scribe, Blessed be the only Lord God of my fathers, who hath put these things into the
heart of the king, to
glorify his house that is in Jerusalem:
And as soon as I had
heard these things, I rent my clothes, and the holy garment, and pulled off the hair from off my head and
beard, and sat me down
sad and very heavy.
So
Esdras the chief priest brought the law unto the whole multitude from man to woman, and to all the priests, to
hear law in the first day of the seventh month.
This day is holy unto the Lord; (for they all
wept when they
heard the law:)
Whensoever ye shall call upon me, I will not
hear you: for ye have
defiled your hands with blood, and your feet are swift to commit
manslaughter.
Your houses will I give to a people that shall come; which not having heard of me yet shall believe me; to whom I have shewed no signs, yet they shall do that I have commanded them.
Thus saith the Lord, I brought this people out of
bondage, and I gave them my commandments by menservants the prophets; whom they would not
hear, but
despised my counsels.
Whose land lieth in clods of pitch and heaps of ashes: even so also will I do unto them that
hear me not, saith the
Almighty Lord.
And therefore I say unto you, O ye heathen, that
hear and understand, look for your
Shepherd, he shall give you
everlasting rest; for he is
nigh at hand, that shall come in the end of the world.
In the
thirtieth year after the ruin of the city I was in Babylon, and lay troubled upon my bed, and my thoughts came up over my
heart:
And yet tookest thou not away from them a wicked heart, that thy law might bring forth fruit in them.
For the first Adam bearing a wicked
heart transgressed, and was overcome; and so be all they that are born of him.
Thus
infirmity was made permanent; and the law (also) in the
heart of the people with the
malignity of the root; so that the good departed away, and the evil abode still.
And in all things did even as Adam and all his generations had done: for they also had a wicked heart:
For when I came thither, and had seen
impieties without number, then my soul saw many evildoers in this
thirtieth year, so that my
heart failed me.
And said, Thy
heart hath gone to far in this world, and thinkest thou to
comprehend the way of the most High?
Whereof if thou canst declare me one, I will
shew thee also the way that thou desirest to see, and I shall
shew thee from whence the wicked
heart cometh.
For the grain of evil seed hath been sown in the
heart of Adam from the beginning, and how much
ungodliness hath it brought up unto this time? and how much shall it yet bring forth until the time of
threshing come?
But iniquity shall be increased above that which now thou seest, or that thou hast heard long ago.
And the Sodomitish sea shall cast out fish, and make a noise in the night, which many have not known: but they shall all hear the voice thereof.
To
shew thee such
tokens I have leave; and if thou
wilt pray again, and
weep as now, and fast even days, thou shalt
hear yet greater things.
Then said I unto him, Go thy ways from me, and come not
nigh me. And he
heard what I said, and went from me.
And after seven days so it was, that the thoughts of my
heart were very
grievous unto me again,
And said unto me,
Hear me, and I will
instruct thee;
hearken to the thing that I say, and I shall tell thee more.
So he answered and said unto me, Stand up upon thy feet, and hear a mighty sounding voice.
And it happened, that when I had
heard it I stood up upon my feet, and
hearkened, and, behold, there was a voice that spake, and the sound of it was like the sound of many waters.
And the
trumpet shall give a sound, which when every man
heareth, they shall be suddenly afraid.
And the men that are received shall see it, who have not tasted death from their birth: and the heart of the inhabitants shall be changed, and turned into another meaning.
If thou
wilt pray yet more, and fast seven days again, I shall tell thee greater things by day than I have
heard.
For thy voice is
heard before the most High: for the Mighty hath seen thy righteous dealing, he hath seen also thy
chastity, which thou hast had ever since thy youth.
And in the eighth night was my
heart vexed within me again, and I began to speak before the most High.
And he said unto me, Up,
Esdras, and
hear the words that I am come to tell thee.
O Lord, if thou suffer not thy servant, that we may pray before thee, and thou give us seed unto our heart, and culture to our understanding, that there may come fruit of it; how shall each man live that is corrupt, who beareth the place of a man?
But I have heard the swiftness of the judge which is to come.
Therefore
hear my voice, and understand my words, and I shall speak before thee. This is the beginning of the words of
Esdras, before he was taken up: and I said,
O hear the prayer of thy servant, and give ear to the petition of thy creature.
And said in their
heart, that there is no God;
yea, and that knowing they must die.
After seven days I sat upon the grass, and my
heart was
vexed within me, like as before:
And thou spakest saying, Hear me, O Israel; and mark my words, thou seed of Jacob.
For we that have received the law perish by sin, and our heart also which received it
