make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.

And I came this day unto the well, and said, O LORD God of my master Abraham, if now thou do
prosper my way which I go;
So when I came to the spring
today, I prayed: O LORD, God of my master Abraham, if only You would
make my journey a success!
And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed;

tasty dish for your father—the kind he loves.

Bethel, and settle there. Build an altar there to the God who appeared to you when you fled from your brother
Esau.”
And let us arise, and go up to
Bethel; and I will
make there an altar unto God, who answered me in the day of my distress, and was with me in the way which I went.

cried with a loud voice:

make sport of us. He came to me so he could sleep with me, but I
screamed as loud as I could.
And she spake unto him according to these words, saying, The Hebrew servant, which thou hast brought unto us, came in unto me to
mock me:
Then she told him the same story: “The Hebrew slave you brought us came to me to
make sport of me,
But think on me when it shall be well with thee, and
shew kindness, I pray thee, unto me, and
make mention of me unto Pharaoh, and bring me out of this house:

dine with me at
noon.”

The land of Egypt is before thee; in the best of the land
make thy father and brethren to dwell; in the land of
Goshen let them dwell: and if thou knowest any men of activity among them, then
make them rulers over my cattle.
the land of Egypt is before you; settle your father and brothers in the best part of the land. They may dwell in the land of
Goshen. And if you know of any talented men among them, put them in charge of my own
livestock.”

make thee fruitful, and multiply thee, and I will
make of thee a multitude of people; and will give this land to thy seed after thee for an

make you a multitude of peoples, and will give this land to your descendants after you as an

maketh the
dumb, or

makes the
mute or the
deaf, the sighted or the blind? Is it not I, the LORD?

Ye shall no more give the people straw to
make brick, as
heretofore: let them go and gather straw for themselves.
“You shall no longer supply the people with straw for making bricks. They must go and gather their own straw.
And the tale of the bricks, which they did
make heretofore, ye shall lay upon them; ye shall not diminish ought thereof: for they be idle; therefore they cry, saying, Let us go and sacrifice to our God.
But require of them the same
quota of bricks as before; do not reduce it. For they are
lazy; that is why they are crying out, ‘Let us go and sacrifice to our God.’
Let there more work be laid upon the men, that they may labour therein; and let them not regard vain words.
Make the work harder on the men so they will be occupied and pay no attention to these lies.”
There is no straw given unto thy servants, and they say to us, Make brick: and, behold, thy servants are beaten; but the fault is in thine own people.

thirsted there for water; and the people
murmured against Moses, and said, Wherefore is this that thou hast brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with

make us and our children and

When they have a matter, they come unto me; and I judge between one and another, and I do make them know the statutes of God, and his laws.

make unto thee any
graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

An altar of earth thou shalt
make unto me, and shalt sacrifice
thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I will
bless thee.
You are to
make for Me an altar of earth, and sacrifice on it your burnt offerings and peace offerings, your sheep and goats and cattle. In every place where I cause My name to be remembered, I will come to you and
bless you.
And if thou
wilt make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of
hewn stone: for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast
polluted it.

make an altar of stones for Me, you must not build it with stones shaped by tools; for if you use a
chisel on it, you will
defile it.

make full
restitution.

make it good: if it be an
hired thing, it came for his
hire.
If the owner was present, no
restitution is required. If the animal was rented, the fee covers the loss.
And in all things that I have said unto you be
circumspect: and
make no mention of the name of other gods, neither let it be heard out of thy mouth.
Pay close attention to everything I have said to you. You must not
invoke the names of other gods; they must not be heard on your lips.
I will send my fear before thee, and will destroy all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee.

make all your enemies turn and run.

You shall make no covenant with them or with their gods.
They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they
make thee sin against me: for if thou serve their gods, it will surely be a
snare unto thee.

snare to you.”

make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine
twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet: with cherubims of
cunning work shalt thou
make them.

spun linen, each with blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, and
cherubim skillfully worked into them.
And thou shalt
make loops of blue upon the edge of the one
curtain from the
selvedge in the coupling; and likewise shalt thou
make in the
uttermost edge of another
curtain, in the coupling of the second.
Make loops of blue material on the edge of the end
curtain in the first set, and do the same for the end
curtain in the second set.
Fifty loops shalt thou
make in the one
curtain, and fifty loops shalt thou
make in the edge of the
curtain that is in the coupling of the second; that the loops may take hold one of another.
