He measured then the gate from the roof of one little chamber to the roof of another: the breadth was five and twenty cubits, door against door.
Then he measured the
gateway from the roof of one gate chamber to the roof of the opposite one; the distance was

doorway to
doorway.
And the little chambers thereof were three on this side and three on that side; and the posts thereof and the arches thereof were after the measure of the first gate: the length thereof was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.
Its three gate chambers on each side, its side pillars, and its
portico all had the same measurements as the first gate: fifty cubits long and
twenty-five cubits wide.
And there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about, like those windows: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.
Both the
gateway and its
portico had windows all around, like the other windows. It was fifty cubits long and
twenty-five cubits wide.
And the little chambers thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, according to these measures: and there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about: it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.
Its gate chambers, side pillars, and
portico had the same measurements as the others. Both the
gateway and its
portico had windows all around; it was fifty cubits long and
twenty-five cubits wide.
And the arches round about were five and twenty cubits long, and five cubits broad.

Its gate chambers, side pillars, and
portico had the same measurements as the others. Both the

The little chambers thereof, the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, and the windows to it round about: the length was fifty cubits, and the breadth five and twenty cubits.
as did its gate chambers, side pillars, and
portico. It also had windows all around. It was fifty cubits long and
twenty-five cubits wide.
The length of the
porch was
twenty cubits, and the breadth eleven cubits; and he brought me by the steps whereby they went up to it: and there were pillars by the posts, one on this side, and another on that side.
The
portico was
twenty cubits wide and twelve cubits deep, and ten steps led up to it. There were columns by the side pillars, one on each side.
And the breadth of the door was ten cubits; and the sides of the door were five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side: and he measured the length thereof, forty cubits: and the breadth, twenty cubits.
The width of the entrance was ten cubits, and the sides of the entrance were five cubits on each side. He also measured the length of the outer sanctuary to be forty cubits, and the width to be twenty cubits.
So he measured the length thereof, twenty cubits; and the breadth, twenty cubits, before the temple: and he said unto me, This is the most holy place.

pavement that belonged to the outer court.
Moreover, when ye shall divide by lot the land for inheritance, ye shall offer an
oblation unto the LORD, an holy portion of the land: the length shall be the length of five and
twenty thousand reeds, and the breadth shall be ten thousand. This shall be holy in all the borders thereof round about.
“When you divide the land by lot as an inheritance, you are to set aside a portion for the LORD, a holy portion of the land 25,000 cubits long and 20,000 cubits wide. This entire tract of land will be holy.
And of this measure shalt thou measure the length of five and twenty thousand, and the breadth of ten thousand: and in it shall be the sanctuary and the most holy place.
From this holy portion, you are to measure off a length of 25,000 cubits and a width of 10,000 cubits, and in it will be the sanctuary, the Most Holy Place.
And the five and twenty thousand of length, and the ten thousand of breadth, shall also the Levites, the ministers of the house, have for themselves, for a possession for twenty chambers.
An adjacent area 25,000 cubits long and 10,000 cubits wide shall belong to the Levites who minister in the temple; it will be their possession for towns in which to live.
And ye shall
appoint the possession of the city five thousand broad, and five and
twenty thousand long, over against the
oblation of the holy portion: it shall be for the whole house of Israel.
As the property of the city, you are to set aside an area 5,000 cubits wide and 25,000 cubits long, adjacent to the holy district. It will belong to the whole house of Israel.
And the
shekel shall be
twenty gerahs:
twenty shekels, five and
twenty shekels, fifteen shekels, shall be your
maneh.
The
shekel will consist of
twenty gerahs.
Twenty shekels
plus twenty-five shekels
plus fifteen shekels will equal one
mina.
And by the border of Judah, from the east side unto the west side, shall be the offering which ye shall offer of five and twenty thousand reeds in breadth, and in length as one of the other parts, from the east side unto the west side: and the sanctuary shall be in the midst of it.
Bordering the territory of Judah, from east to west, will be the portion you are to set apart. It will be 25,000 cubits wide, and the length of a
tribal portion from east to west. In the center will be the sanctuary.
The
oblation that ye shall offer unto the LORD shall be of five and
twenty thousand in length, and of ten thousand in breadth.
The special portion you set apart to the LORD shall be 25,000 cubits long and 10,000 cubits wide.
And for them, even for the priests, shall be this holy
oblation; toward the north five and
twenty thousand in length, and toward the west ten thousand in breadth, and toward the east ten thousand in breadth, and toward the south five and
twenty thousand in length: and the sanctuary of the LORD shall be in the midst thereof.
This will be the holy portion for the priests. It will be 25,000 cubits long on the north side, 10,000 cubits wide on the west side, 10,000 cubits wide on the east side, and 25,000 cubits long on the south side. In the center will be the sanctuary of the LORD.
And over against the border of the priests the Levites shall have five and twenty thousand in length, and ten thousand in breadth: all the length shall be five and twenty thousand, and the breadth ten thousand.
Bordering the territory of the priests, the Levites shall have an area 25,000 cubits long and 10,000 cubits wide. The whole length will be 25,000 cubits, and the width 10,000 cubits.
And the five thousand, that are left in the breadth over against the five and
twenty thousand, shall be a
profane place for the city, for dwelling, and for suburbs: and the city shall be in the midst thereof.
The remaining area, 5,000 cubits wide and 25,000 cubits long, will be for common use by the city, for houses, and for pastureland. The city will be in the center of it
All the
oblation shall be five and
twenty thousand by five and
twenty thousand: ye shall offer the holy
oblation foursquare, with the possession of the city.
The entire portion will be a square, 25,000 cubits by 25,000 cubits. You are to set apart the holy portion, along with the city property.
And the residue shall be for the prince, on the one side and on the other of the holy
oblation, and of the possession of the city, over against the five and
twenty thousand of the
oblation toward the east border, and westward over against the five and
twenty thousand toward the west border, over against the portions for the prince: and it shall be the holy
oblation; and the sanctuary of the house shall be in the midst thereof.
The remaining area on both sides of the holy portion and of the property of the city will belong to the prince. He will own the land adjacent to the
tribal portions, extending eastward from the 25,000 cubits of the holy district toward the eastern border, and westward from the 25,000 cubits to the western border. And in the center of them will be the holy portion and the sanctuary of the temple.

But the prince of the kingdom of Persia
withstood me one and

twenty.
from that time, when one came expecting a
heap of
twenty ephahs of grain, there were but ten. When one came to the winepress to draw out fifty baths, there were but
