vow, and her bond
wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall
stand, and every bond
wherewith she hath bound her soul shall
stand.
and her father hears about her
vow or
pledge but says nothing to her, then all the vows or pledges by which she has bound herself shall
stand.

stand. The LORD will
absolve her because her father has prohibited her.
And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall
stand, and her bonds
wherewith she bound her soul shall
stand.
and her husband hears of it but says nothing to her on that day, then the vows or pledges by which she has bound herself shall stand.
But every
vow of a widow, and of her that is
divorced,
wherewith they have bound their souls, shall
stand against her.
And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall
stand, and every bond
wherewith she bound her soul shall
stand.
and her husband hears of it but says nothing to her and does not
prohibit her, then all the vows or pledges by which she has bound herself shall
stand.
But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then
whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not
stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall
forgive her.
But if her husband nullifies them on the day he hears of them, then nothing that came from her lips, whether her vows or pledges, shall
stand. Her husband has
nullified them, and the LORD will
absolve her.

shew you the word of the LORD: for ye were afraid by reason of the fire, and went not up into the mount;) saying,
At that time I was standing between the LORD and you to declare to you the word of the LORD, because you were afraid of the fire and would not go up the mountain. And He said:
But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it.

listen either to the priest who
stands there to serve the LORD your God, or to the judge, must be put to death. You must
purge the evil from Israel.
