statutes and judgments, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land
whither ye go to possess it.
See, I have taught you statutes and ordinances just as the LORD my God has commanded me, so that you may follow them in the land that you are about to enter and possess.
Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.

prosper, and that you may live long in the land that the LORD your God is giving you for all time.
These are the
testimonies, and the
statutes, and the judgments, which Moses spake unto the children of Israel, after they came forth out of Egypt,

statutes, and ordinances that Moses proclaimed to them after they had come out of Egypt,
And Moses called all Israel, and said unto them, Hear, O Israel, the statutes and judgments which I speak in your ears this day, that ye may learn them, and keep, and do them.
Then Moses summoned all Israel and said to them: Hear, O Israel, the statutes and ordinances that I declare in your hearing this day. Learn them and observe them carefully.

But you stand here with Me, that I may speak to you all the commandments and statutes and ordinances you are to teach them to follow in the land that I am giving them to possess.”

so that you and your children and grandchildren may fear the LORD your God all the days of your lives by keeping all His statutes and commandments that I give you, and so that your days may be prolonged.
Ye shall
diligently keep the commandments of the LORD your God, and his
testimonies, and his
statutes, which he hath commanded thee.
You are to
diligently keep the commandments of the LORD your God and the
testimonies and
statutes He has given you.
And when thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What mean the
testimonies, and the
statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD our God hath commanded you?
In the future, when your son asks, “What is the meaning of the decrees and statutes and ordinances that the LORD our God has commanded you?”
And the LORD commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day.
And the LORD commanded us to observe all these statutes and to fear the LORD our God, that we may always be prosperous and preserved, as we are to this day.
Thou shalt therefore keep the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which I command thee this day, to do them.
So keep the commandments and statutes and ordinances that I am giving you to follow this day.
Beware that thou
forget not the LORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his
statutes, which I command thee this day:
Be careful not to
forget the LORD your God by failing to keep His commandments and ordinances and
statutes, which I am giving you this day.
To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?
and to keep the commandments and statutes of the LORD that I am giving you this day for your own good?
Therefore thou shalt love the LORD thy God, and keep his charge, and his
statutes, and his judgments, and his commandments,
alway.
You shall therefore love the LORD your God and always keep His charge, His statutes, His ordinances, and His commandments.
And ye shall observe to do all the statutes and judgments which I set before you this day.
be careful to follow all the
statutes and ordinances that I am setting before you
today.
These are the statutes and judgments, which ye shall observe to do in the land, which the LORD God of thy fathers giveth thee to possess it, all the days that ye live upon the earth.
These are the statutes and ordinances you must be careful to follow all the days you live in the land that the LORD, the God of your fathers, has given you to possess.
And thou shalt remember that thou
wast a
bondman in Egypt: and thou shalt observe and do these
statutes.
Remember that you were slaves in Egypt, and carefully follow these statutes.
And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life: that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them:
It is to remain with him, and he is to read from it all the days of his life, so that he may learn to fear the LORD his God by carefully observing all the words of this instruction and these statutes.
This day the LORD thy God hath commanded thee to do these statutes and judgments: thou shalt therefore keep and do them with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.
The LORD your God commands you this day to follow these statutes and ordinances. You must be careful to follow them with all your heart and with all your soul.
Thou hast
avouched the LORD this day to be thy God, and to walk in his ways, and to keep his
statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and to
hearken unto his voice:
Today you have proclaimed that the LORD is your God and that you will walk in His ways, keep His
statutes and commandments and ordinances, and
listen to His voice.
Thou shalt therefore obey the voice of the LORD thy God, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command thee this day.
You shall therefore obey the voice of the LORD your God and follow His commandments and
statutes I am giving you
today.”
But it shall come to pass, if thou
wilt not
hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his
statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:
If, however, you do not obey the LORD your God by carefully following all His commandments and
statutes I am giving you
today, all these curses will come upon you and overtake you:
Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee:
All these curses will come upon you. They will pursue you and overtake you until you are destroyed, since you did not obey the LORD your God and keep the commandments and statutes He gave you.
If thou shalt
hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his
statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if thou turn unto the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul.
if you obey the LORD your God by keeping His commandments and statutes that are written in this Book of the Law, and if you turn to Him with all your heart and with all your soul.
In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his
statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall
bless thee in the land
whither thou goest to possess it.
For I am commanding you
today to love the LORD your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments,
statutes, and ordinances, so that you may live and increase, and the LORD your God may
bless you in the land that you are entering to possess.
So Joshua made a covenant with the people that day, and set them a
statute and an
ordinance in
Shechem.
On that day Joshua made a covenant for the people, and there at
Shechem he established for them a
statute and
ordinance.
And it was so from that day forward, that he made it a
statute and an
ordinance for Israel unto this day.
And so it has been from that day forward. David established this
statute as an
ordinance for Israel to this very day.
For all his judgments were before me: and as for his statutes, I did not depart from them.
For all His ordinances are before me; I have not disregarded His statutes.
And keep the charge of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his
statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his
testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest
prosper in all that thou doest, and
whithersoever thou turnest
thyself:
And keep the charge of the LORD your God to walk in His ways and to keep His
statutes, commandments, ordinances, and decrees, as is written in the Law of Moses, so that you may
prosper in all you do and wherever you turn,
And Solomon loved the LORD, walking in the statutes of David his father: only he sacrificed and burnt incense in high places.
And Solomon loved the LORD and walked in the statutes of his father David, except that he sacrificed and burned incense on the high places.
And if thou
wilt walk in my ways, to keep my
statutes and my commandments, as thy father David did walk, then I will
lengthen thy days.
So if you walk in My ways and keep My
statutes and commandments, just as your father David did, I will
prolong your days.”
Concerning this house which thou art in building, if thou
wilt walk in my
statutes, and
execute my judgments, and keep all my commandments to walk in them; then will I perform my word with thee, which I spake unto David thy father:
“As for this temple you are building, if you walk in My
statutes, carry out My ordinances, and keep all My commandments by walking in them, I will
fulfill through you the promise I made to your father David.
That he may
incline our hearts unto him, to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and his
statutes, and his judgments, which he commanded our fathers.
May He
incline our hearts to Himself, to walk in all His ways and to keep the commandments and
statutes and ordinances He commanded our fathers.
Let your heart therefore be perfect with the LORD our God, to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as at this day.
So let your heart be fully devoted to the LORD our God, as it is this day, to walk in His statutes and to keep His commandments.”
