stealth for the helpless.

hardened their necks, that they might not hear my words.
“This is what the LORD of Hosts, the God of Israel, says: ‘Behold, I am about to bring on this city and on all the
villages around it every
disaster I have pronounced against them, because they have
stiffened their necks so as not to
heed My words.’”
Because they have committed
villany in Israel, and have committed
adultery with their neighbours’ wives, and have spoken lying words in my name, which I have not commanded them; even I know, and am a witness, saith the LORD.
For they have committed an
outrage in Israel by
committing adultery with the wives of their neighbors and speaking lies in My name, which I did not command them to do. I am He who knows, and I am a witness, declares the LORD.”
Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will cause an
alarm of war to be heard in Rabbah of the
Ammonites; and it shall be a
desolate heap, and her daughters shall be burned with fire: then shall Israel be heir unto them that were his heirs, saith the LORD.
Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will sound the battle cry against Rabbah of the
Ammonites. It will become a
heap of ruins, and its
villages will be burned. Then Israel will drive out their dispossessors, says the LORD.
And her daughters which are in the field shall be slain by the sword; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
and the villages on her mainland will be slain by the sword. Then they will know that I am the LORD.’
He shall
slay with the sword thy daughters in the field: and he shall make a fort against thee, and cast a mount against thee, and lift up the
buckler against thee.
He will slaughter the
villages of your mainland with the sword; he will set up siege works against you, build a
ramp to your walls, and raise his shields against you.
And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,
You will say, ‘I will go up against a land of unwalled
villages; I will come against a
tranquil people who dwell securely, all of them living without walls or bars or gates—
Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of
Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a
spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great
spoil?
Sheba and Dedan and the merchants of
Tarshish with all its
villages will ask, ‘Have you come to capture the
plunder? Have you assembled your hordes to carry away
loot, to make off with silver and gold, to take cattle and goods, to seize great

With his own

scatter us,
gloating as though ready to secretly
devour the weak.

And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the
villages, and
buy themselves
victuals.
When evening came, the disciples came to Him and said, “This is a
desolate place, and the hour is already late. Dismiss the crowds so they can go to the
villages and
buy themselves some food.”
Saying unto them, Go into the
village over against you, and
straightway ye shall find an
ass tied, and a
colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me.
saying to them, “Go into the
village ahead of you, and at once you will find a
donkey tied there, with her
colt beside her.
Untie them and bring them to Me.
And he
marvelled because of their unbelief. And he went round about the
villages, teaching.
And He was
amazed at their unbelief. And He went around from
village to
village, teaching the people.
Send them away, that they may go into the country round about, and into the
villages, and
buy themselves bread: for they have nothing to eat.
Dismiss the crowd so they can go to the surrounding
countryside and
villages and
buy themselves something to eat.”
And
whithersoever he entered, into
villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and
besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made whole.
And wherever He went—
villages and towns and countrysides—they laid the sick in the marketplaces and
begged Him just to let them touch the
fringe of His
cloak. And all who touched Him were
healed.
And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had
spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought.
So He took the blind man by the hand and led him out of the
village. Then He
spit on the man’s eyes and placed His hands on him. “Can you see anything?” He asked.
And he sent him away to his house, saying, Neither go into the town, nor tell it to any in the town.
Jesus sent him home and said, “Do not go back into the village.”
And Jesus went out, and his disciples, into the towns of Caesarea
Philippi: and by the way he asked his disciples, saying unto them, Whom do men say that I am?

And saith unto them, Go your way into the
village over against you: and as soon as ye be entered into it, ye shall find a
colt tied,
whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring him.
and said to them, “Go into the
village ahead of you, and as soon as you enter it, you will find a
colt tied there, on which no one has ever sat.
Untie it and bring it here.
And it came to pass on a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were
Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of
Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to
heal them.
One day Jesus was teaching, and the
Pharisees and teachers of the law were sitting there. People had come from Jerusalem and from every
village of
Galilee and
Judea, and the power of the Lord was present for Him to
heal the sick.
And it came to pass afterward, that he went throughout every city and
village, preaching and
shewing the
glad tidings of the kingdom of God: and the twelve were with him,
Soon afterward, Jesus traveled from one town and
village to another, preaching and
proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God. The Twelve were with Him,
And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and
healing every where.
So they set out and went from
village to
village, preaching the gospel and
healing people everywhere.
