bless him; I will make him

digged another well; and for that they
strove not: and he called the name of it Rehoboth; and he said, For now the LORD hath made room for us, and we shall be

dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. He named it Rehoboth and said, “At last the LORD has made room for us, and we will be
fruitful in the land.”

They covered the face of all the land until it was black, and they consumed all the plants on the ground and all the
fruit on the trees that the
hail had left behind. Nothing green was left on any tree or plant in all the land of Egypt.

pregnant woman and her child is born
prematurely, but there is no further injury, he shall surely be fined as the woman’s husband demands and as the court allows.
Thou shalt not delay to offer the first of thy ripe
fruits, and of thy liquors: the
firstborn of thy sons shalt thou give unto me.
You must not hold back offerings from your
granaries or vats. You are to give Me the
firstborn of your sons.
And six years thou shalt
sow thy land, and shalt gather in the
fruits thereof:
For six years you are to
sow your land and gather its produce,
By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and
inherit the land.
Little by little I will drive them out
ahead of you, until you become
fruitful and possess the land.
And when ye shall come into the land, and shall have planted all manner of trees for food, then ye shall count the
fruit thereof as
uncircumcised: three years shall it be as
uncircumcised unto you: it shall not be eaten of.

fruit thereof shall be holy to praise the LORD
withal.

Also in the
fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the
fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath.
On the
fifteenth day of the seventh month, after you have gathered the produce of the land, you are to
celebrate a feast to the LORD for seven days. There shall be complete rest on the first day and also on the eighth day.
And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the
brook; and ye shall
rejoice before the LORD your God seven days.

fruit of
majestic trees, the branches of palm trees, and the boughs of
leafy trees and of willows of the
brook. And you are to
rejoice before the LORD your God for seven days.

sow thy field, and six years thou shalt
prune thy
vineyard, and gather in the
fruit thereof;
For six years you may
sow your field and
prune your
vineyard and gather its crops.
According to the number of years after the jubile thou shalt
buy of thy neighbour, and according unto the number of years of the
fruits he shall sell unto thee:
You are to
buy from your
neighbor according to the number of years since the last
Jubilee; he is to sell to you according to the number of harvest years remaining.
According to the multitude of years thou shalt increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years thou shalt diminish the price of it: for according to the number of the years of the
fruits doth he sell unto thee.
You shall increase the price in proportion to a greater number of years, or decrease it in proportion to a lesser number of years; for he is selling you a given number of harvests.

sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old
fruit until the ninth year; until her

I will turn toward you and make you fruitful and multiply you, and I will establish My covenant with you.
And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.
and your strength will be spent in vain. For your land will not yield its produce, and the trees of the land will not bear their fruit.
And all the
tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the
fruit of the tree, is the LORD’S: it is holy unto the LORD.
Thus any
tithe from the land, whether from the seed of the land or the
fruit of the trees, belongs to the LORD; it is holy to the LORD.
And what the land is, whether it be fat or
lean, whether there be wood therein, or not. And be ye of good courage, and bring of the
fruit of the land. Now the time was the time of the firstripe grapes.
Is the soil fertile or unproductive? Are there trees in it or not? Be
courageous, and bring back some of the
fruit of the land.” (It was the season for the first ripe grapes.)
And they went and came to Moses, and to Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness of
Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and shewed them the
fruit of the land.
and they went back to Moses, Aaron, and the whole congregation of Israel in the Wilderness of
Paran at Kadesh. They brought back a report for the whole congregation and showed them the
fruit of the land.
And they told him, and said, We came unto the land
whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this is the
fruit of it.
And they gave this account to Moses: “We went into the land to which you sent us, and indeed, it is flowing with milk and honey. Here is some of its fruit!
And they took of the
fruit of the land in their hands, and brought it down unto us, and brought us word again, and said, It is a good land which the LORD our God
doth give us.
They took some of the fruit of the land in their hands, carried it down to us, and brought us word: “It is a good land that the LORD our God is giving us.”
And he will love thee, and
bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also
bless the
fruit of thy
womb, and the
fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy
kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he
sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
He will love you and
bless you and multiply you. He will
bless the
fruit of your
womb and the produce of your land—your grain, new wine, and oil, the young of your herds and the lambs of your flocks—in the land that He
swore to your fathers to give you.
And then the LORD’S wrath be
kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her
fruit; and lest ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you.
or the anger of the LORD will be
kindled against you. He will shut the heavens so that there will be no rain, nor will the land yield its produce, and you will soon perish from the good land that the LORD is giving you.
And what man is he that hath planted a
vineyard, and hath not yet eaten of it? let him also go and return unto his house, lest he die in the battle, and another man eat of it.
Has any man planted a
vineyard and not begun to enjoy its
fruit? Let him return home, or he may die in battle and another man enjoy its
fruit.
When thou shalt
besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an
axe against them: for thou mayest eat of them, and thou shalt not cut them down (for the tree of the field is man’s life) to employ them in the siege:
When you lay siege to a city for an extended time while fighting against it to capture it, you must not destroy its trees by putting an
axe to them, because you can eat their
fruit. You must not cut them down. Are the trees of the field human, that you should
besiege them?
Only the trees which thou knowest that they be not trees for meat, thou shalt destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt build bulwarks against the city that maketh war with thee, until it be subdued.
But you may destroy the trees that you know do not produce
fruit. Use them to build siege works against the city that is
waging war against you, until it falls.
Do not plant your
vineyard with two types of seed; if you do, the entire harvest will be
defiled—both the crop you plant and the
fruit of your
vineyard.
That thou shalt take of the first of all the
fruit of the earth, which thou shalt bring of thy land that the LORD thy God giveth thee, and shalt put it in a
basket, and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose to place his name there.
you are to take some of the firstfruits of all your produce from the soil of the land that the LORD your God is giving you and put them in a
basket. Then go to the place the LORD your God will choose as a dwelling for His Name,
Blessed shall be the
fruit of thy body, and the
fruit of thy ground, and the
fruit of thy cattle, the increase of thy
kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
The
fruit of your
womb will be blessed, as well as the produce of your land and the offspring of your
livestock— the
calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.
And the LORD shall make thee
plenteous in goods, in the
fruit of thy body, and in the
fruit of thy cattle, and in the
fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD
sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
The LORD will make you
prosper abundantly—in the
fruit of your
womb, the offspring of your
livestock, and the produce of your land—in the land that the LORD
swore to your fathers to give you.
Cursed shall be the
fruit of thy body, and the
fruit of thy land, the increase of thy
kine, and the flocks of thy sheep.
The
fruit of your
womb will be
cursed, as well as the produce of your land, the
calves of your herds, and the lambs of your flocks.
Thou shalt
betroth a wife, and another man shall lie with her: thou shalt build an house, and thou shalt not dwell therein: thou shalt plant a
vineyard, and shalt not gather the grapes thereof.
You will be
pledged in marriage to a woman, but another man will
violate her. You will build a house but will not live in it. You will plant a
vineyard but will not enjoy its
fruit.
The
fruit of thy land, and all thy labours, shall a nation which thou knowest not eat up; and thou shalt be only
oppressed and
crushed alway:
A people you do not know will eat the produce of your land and of all your
toil. All your days you will be
oppressed and
crushed.
Thou shalt have olive trees throughout all thy coasts, but thou shalt not
anoint thyself with the oil; for thine olive shall cast his
fruit.
You will have olive trees throughout your territory but will never
anoint yourself with oil, because the olives will drop off.
Swarms of locusts will
consume all your trees and the produce of your land.
And he shall eat the
fruit of thy cattle, and the
fruit of thy land, until thou be destroyed: which also shall not leave thee either corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of thy
kine, or flocks of thy sheep, until he have destroyed thee.
They will eat the offspring of your
livestock and the produce of your land until you are destroyed. They will leave you no grain or new wine or oil, no
calves of your herds or lambs of your flocks, until they have caused you to perish.
And thou shalt eat the
fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the LORD thy God hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness,
wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee:
Then you will eat the
fruit of your
womb, the flesh of the sons and daughters whom the LORD your God has given you, in the siege and distress that your enemy will
inflict on you.
Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from the LORD our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and
wormwood;
Make sure there is no man or woman, clan or tribe among you
today whose heart turns away from the LORD our God to go and worship the gods of those nations. Make sure there is no root among you that bears such poisonous and bitter
fruit,
And the LORD thy God will make thee
plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the
fruit of thy body, and in the
fruit of thy cattle, and in the
fruit of thy land, for good: for the LORD will again
rejoice over thee for good, as he
rejoiced over thy fathers:
So the LORD your God will make you abound in all the work of your hands and in the
fruit of your
womb, the offspring of your
livestock, and the produce of your land. Indeed, the LORD will again delight in your goodness, as He delighted in that of your fathers,
And for the precious fruits brought forth by the sun, and for the precious things put forth by the moon,
with the
bountiful harvest from the sun and the abundant yield of the seasons,
And the
manna ceased on the
morrow after they had eaten of the old corn of the land; neither had the children of Israel
manna any more; but they did eat of the
fruit of the land of
Canaan that year.
And the day after they had eaten from the produce of the land, the
manna ceased. There was no more
manna for the Israelites, so that year they began to eat the crops of the land of
Canaan.
But the fig tree said unto them, Should I
forsake my sweetness, and my good
fruit, and go to be promoted over the trees?
But the fig tree replied, ‘Should I stop giving my sweetness and my good
fruit, to hold
sway over the trees?’
Thou therefore, and thy sons, and thy servants, shall till the land for him, and thou shalt bring in the
fruits, that thy master’s son may have food to eat: but Mephibosheth thy master’s son shall eat bread
alway at my table. Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.
You and your sons and servants are to work the ground for him and bring in the harvest, so that your master’s grandson may have food to eat. But Mephibosheth, your master’s grandson, is always to eat at my table.” Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.
And when David was a little past the top of the hill, behold, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth met him, with a couple of
asses saddled, and upon them two hundred
loaves of bread, and an hundred bunches of
raisins, and an hundred of summer
fruits, and a
bottle of wine.
When David had gone a little beyond the summit, Ziba the servant of Mephibosheth was there to meet him. He had a pair of
saddled donkeys loaded with two hundred
loaves of bread, a hundred clusters of
raisins, a hundred summer
fruits, and a skin of wine.
And the king said unto Ziba, What meanest thou by these? And Ziba said, The
asses be for the king’s household to
ride on; and the bread and summer
fruit for the young men to eat; and the wine, that such as be
faint in the wilderness may drink.
“Why do you have these?” asked the king. Ziba replied, “The
donkeys are for the king’s household to
ride, the bread and summer
fruit are for the young men to eat, and the wine is to refresh those who become exhausted in the wilderness.”
And when the king asked the woman, she told him. So the king appointed unto her a certain officer, saying, Restore all that was hers, and all the fruits of the field since the day that she left the land, even until now.
When the king asked the woman, she confirmed it. So the king appointed for her an officer, saying, “Restore all that was hers, along with all the proceeds of the field from the day that she left the country until now.”
And this shall be a sign unto thee, Ye shall eat this year such things as grow of themselves, and in the second year that which springeth of the same; and in the third year
sow ye, and
reap, and plant vineyards, and eat the
fruits thereof.
And this will be a sign to you, O
Hezekiah: This year you will eat what grows on its own, and in the second year what springs from the same. But in the third year you will
sow and
reap; you will plant vineyards and eat their
fruit.
And the
remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah shall yet again take root
downward, and bear
fruit upward.
And the
surviving remnant of the house of Judah will again take root below and bear
fruit above.
And they took strong cities, and a fat land, and possessed houses full of all goods, wells
digged, vineyards, and oliveyards, and
fruit trees in abundance: so they did eat, and were filled, and became fat, and delighted themselves in thy great goodness.
They captured fortified cities and fertile land and took houses full of all goods, wells already
dug, vineyards, olive groves, and
fruit trees in abundance. So they
ate and were filled; they grew fat and delighted in Your great goodness.
Behold, we are servants this day, and for the land that thou gavest unto our fathers to eat the fruit thereof and the good thereof, behold, we are servants in it:
So here we are
today as slaves in the land You gave our fathers to enjoy its
fruit and goodness— here we are as slaves!
And to bring the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year, unto the house of the LORD:
We will also bring the firstfruits of our land and of every fruit tree to the house of the LORD year by year.
And that we should bring the firstfruits of our
dough, and our offerings, and the
fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, unto the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God; and the
tithes of our ground unto the Levites, that the same Levites might have the
tithes in all the cities of our
tillage.
Moreover, we will bring to the priests at the storerooms of the house of our God the firstfruits of our
dough, of our grain offerings, of the
fruit of all our trees, and of our new wine and oil. A tenth of our produce belongs to the Levites, so that they shall receive
tithes in all the towns where we labor.
That which he laboured for shall he restore, and shall not
swallow it down: according to his substance shall the
restitution be, and he shall not
rejoice therein.
He must return the
fruit of his labor without
consuming it; he cannot enjoy the profits of his trading.
If I have eaten the fruits thereof without money, or have caused the owners thereof to lose their life:
if I have
devoured its produce without payment or broken the spirit of its tenants,
And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his
fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and
whatsoever he doeth shall
prosper.
He is like a tree planted by streams of water, yielding its fruit in season, whose leaf does not wither, and who prospers in all he does.
Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men.
You will
wipe their descendants from the earth, and their offspring from the sons of men.
There shall be an handful of corn in the earth upon the top of the mountains; the
fruit thereof shall
shake like
Lebanon: and they of the city shall
flourish like grass of the earth.
May there be an abundance of grain in the land; may it
sway atop the hills. May its
fruit trees
flourish like the forests of
Lebanon, and its people like the grass of the field.
He gave also their increase unto the caterpiller, and their labour unto the
locust.
Why hast thou then broken down her hedges, so that all they which pass by the way do
pluck her?
Why have You broken down its walls, so that all who pass by
pick its
fruit?
They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;
In old age they will still bear fruit; healthy and green they will remain,
He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
He waters the mountains from His chambers; the earth is satisfied by the fruit of His works.
And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.
And the LORD made His people very fruitful, more numerous than their foes,
And did eat up all the herbs in their land, and
devoured the
fruit of their ground.
They
devoured every plant in their land and consumed the produce of their soil.
And gave them the lands of the heathen: and they inherited the labour of the people;
He gave them the lands of the nations, that they might
inherit the
fruit of others’ labor,
A fruitful land into barrenness, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein.
and fruitful land into fields of salt, because of the wickedness of its dwellers.
And
sow the fields, and plant vineyards, which may yield
fruits of increase.
They
sow fields and plant vineyards that yield a
fruitful harvest.
Let the
extortioner catch all that he hath; and let the strangers
spoil his labour.
May the
creditor seize all he owns, and strangers
plunder the
fruits of his labor.
Lo, children are an
heritage of the LORD: and the
fruit of the
womb is his reward.
Children are indeed a
heritage from the LORD, and the
fruit of the
womb is His reward.
For thou shalt eat the labour of thine hands: happy shalt thou be, and it shall be well with thee.
For when you eat the fruit of your labor, blessings and prosperity will be yours.
Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.
Your wife will be like a fruitful vine flourishing within your house, your sons like olive shoots sitting around your table.
The LORD hath
sworn in truth unto David; he will not turn from it; Of the
fruit of thy body will I set upon thy throne.
The LORD
swore an oath to David, a promise He will not
revoke: “One of your descendants I will place on your throne.
