tempest of
hail and a destroying storm, as a
flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand.

hailstorm or destructive
tempest, like a driving rain or
flooding downpour, he will
smash that crown to the ground.

The grass
withers and the
flowers fall when the breath of the LORD blows on them; indeed, the people are grass.

pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

pool of water, and the dry land into
flowing springs.

thirsty, and
floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring:

thirsty land, and currents on the dry ground. I will pour out My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring.

wade through the streams.

thirsted not when he led them through the deserts: he caused the waters to
flow out of the rock for them: he
clave the rock also, and the waters
gushed out.
They did not
thirst when He led them through the deserts; He made water
flow for them from the rock; He split the rock, and water
gushed out.
