king of
Sodom, and the
king of
Gomorrah, and the
king of Admah, and the
king of Zeboiim, and the
king of
Bela (the same is Zoar;) and they joined battle with them in the

Then the

king of Ellasar—four
kings against five.
And the
vale of Siddim was full of slimepits; and the
kings of
Sodom and
Gomorrah fled, and fell there; and they that remained fled to the mountain.
Now the Valley of Siddim was full of tar pits, and as the
kings of
Sodom and
Gomorrah fled, some men fell into the pits, but the survivors fled to the hill country.

Creator of heaven and earth,
And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.
I will make you exceedingly fruitful; I will make nations of you, and kings will descend from you.
And I will
bless her, and give thee a son also of her:
yea, I will
bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations;
kings of people shall be of her.
And I will
bless her and will surely give you a son by her. I will
bless her, and she will be the mother of nations;
kings of peoples will descend from her.”
Then
Abimelech called Abraham, and said unto him, What hast thou done unto us? and what have I
offended thee, that thou hast brought on me and on my
kingdom a great sin? thou hast done deeds unto me that ought not to be done.
Then
Abimelech called Abraham and asked, “What have you done to us? How have I
sinned against you, that you have brought such
tremendous guilt upon me and my
kingdom? You have done things to me that should not be done.”
And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto
Abimelech king of the Philistines unto
Gerar.
Now there was another famine in the land, subsequent to the one that had occurred in Abraham’s time. And Isaac went to
Abimelech king of the Philistines at
Gerar.
And it came to pass, when he had been there a long time, that
Abimelech king of the Philistines looked out at a window, and saw, and, behold, Isaac was
sporting with
Rebekah his wife.
When Isaac had been there a long time,
Abimelech king of the Philistines looked down from the window and was surprised to see Isaac
caressing his wife
Rebekah.
And God said unto him, I am God
Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and
kings shall come out of thy loins;
And God told him, “I am God
Almighty. Be fruitful and multiply. A nation—even a company of nations—shall come from you, and
kings shall descend from you.
And these are the
kings that reigned in the land of
Edom, before there reigned any
king over the children of Israel.
These are the
kings who reigned in the land of
Edom before any
king reigned over the Israelites:
And Joseph’s master took him, and put him into the prison, a place where the king’s prisoners were bound: and he was there in the prison.
So Joseph’s master took him and had him thrown into the prison where the king’s prisoners were confined. While Joseph was there in the prison,
And it came to pass after these things, that the
butler of the
king of Egypt and his
baker had
offended their lord the
king of Egypt.
And they dreamed a dream both of them, each man his dream in one night, each man according to the interpretation of his dream, the
butler and the
baker of the
king of Egypt, which were bound in the prison.
both of these men—the Egyptian
king’s
cupbearer and
baker, who were being held in the prison—had a dream on the same night, and each dream had its own meaning.
And Joseph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharaoh king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of Pharaoh, and went throughout all the land of Egypt.
Now Joseph was thirty years old when he entered the service of Pharaoh king of Egypt. And Joseph left Pharaoh’s presence and traveled throughout the land of Egypt.
Now there arose up a new king over Egypt, which knew not Joseph.
Then a new king, who did not know Joseph, came to power in Egypt.
And the
king of Egypt spake to the Hebrew
midwives, of which the name of the one was Shiphrah, and the name of the other Puah:
Then the
king of Egypt said to the Hebrew
midwives, whose names were Shiphrah and Puah,
But the
midwives feared God, and did not as the
king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men children alive.
The
midwives, however, feared God and did not do as the
king of Egypt had
instructed; they let the boys live.
And the
king of Egypt called for the
midwives, and said unto them, Why have ye done this thing, and have saved the men children alive?
So the
king of Egypt summoned the
midwives and asked them, “Why have you done this? Why have you let the boys live?”
And it came to pass in process of time, that the
king of Egypt died: and the children of Israel
sighed by reason of the
bondage, and they
cried, and their cry came up unto God by reason of the
bondage.
After a long time, the
king of Egypt died. The Israelites
groaned and
cried out under their burden of slavery, and their cry for
deliverance from
bondage ascended to God.
And they shall
hearken to thy voice: and thou shalt come, thou and the elders of Israel, unto the
king of Egypt, and ye shall say unto him, The LORD God of the Hebrews hath met with us: and now let us go, we
beseech thee, three days’ journey into the wilderness, that we may sacrifice to the LORD our God.
The elders of Israel will
listen to what you say, and you must go with them to the
king of Egypt and tell him, ‘The LORD, the God of the Hebrews, has met with us. Now please let us take a three-day journey into the wilderness, so that we may sacrifice to the LORD our God.’
And I am sure that the king of Egypt will not let you go, no, not by a mighty hand.
But I know that the king of Egypt will not allow you to go unless a mighty hand compels him.
And the king of Egypt said unto them, Wherefore do ye, Moses and Aaron, let the people from their works? get you unto your burdens.
But the king of Egypt said to them, “Moses and Aaron, why do you draw the people away from their work? Get back to your labor!”
Go in, speak unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land.
“Go and tell Pharaoh king of Egypt to let the Israelites go out of his land.”
And the LORD spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, and gave them a charge unto the children of Israel, and unto Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt.
Then the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron and gave them a charge concerning both the Israelites and Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the Israelites out of the land of Egypt.
These are they which spake to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the children of Israel from Egypt: these are that Moses and Aaron.
Moses and Aaron were the ones who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt in order to bring the Israelites out of Egypt.
That the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, I am the LORD: speak thou unto Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I say unto thee.
He said to him, “I am the LORD; tell Pharaoh king of Egypt everything I say to you.”
And it was told the king of Egypt that the people fled: and the heart of Pharaoh and of his servants was turned against the people, and they said, Why have we done this, that we have let Israel go from serving us?
When the king of Egypt was told that the people had fled, Pharaoh and his officials changed their minds about them and said, “What have we done? We have released Israel from serving us.”
And the LORD
hardened the heart of Pharaoh
king of Egypt, and he pursued after the children of Israel: and the children of Israel went out with an high hand.
And the LORD
hardened the heart of Pharaoh
king of Egypt so that he pursued the Israelites, who were marching out defiantly.
And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.
And unto Me you shall be a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words that you are to speak to the Israelites.”
And Moses sent messengers from Kadesh unto the
king of
Edom, Thus saith thy brother Israel, Thou knowest all the
travail that hath
befallen us:
From Kadesh, Moses sent messengers to tell the
king of
Edom, “This is what your brother Israel says: You know all the
hardship that has
befallen us,
Let us pass, I pray thee, through thy country: we will not pass through the fields, or through the vineyards, neither will we drink of the water of the wells: we will go by the king’s high way, we will not turn to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed thy borders.
Please let us pass through your land. We will not cut through any field or
vineyard, or drink water from any well. We will stay on the
King’s
Highway; we will not turn to the right or to the left until we have passed through your territory.”
And when
king Arad the
Canaanite, which dwelt in the south, heard tell that Israel came by the way of the
spies; then he fought against Israel, and took some of them prisoners.
When the
Canaanite king of
Arad, who lived in the Negev, heard that Israel was coming along the road to Atharim, he attacked Israel and captured some prisoners.
And Israel sent messengers unto Sihon
king of the
Amorites, saying,
Then Israel sent messengers to Sihon
king of the
Amorites, saying,
Let me pass through thy land: we will not turn into the fields, or into the vineyards; we will not drink of the waters of the well: but we will go along by the king’s high way, until we be past thy borders.
“Let us pass through your land. We will not cut through any field or
vineyard, or drink water from any well. We will stay on the
King’s
Highway until we have passed through your territory.”
For
Heshbon was the city of Sihon the
king of the
Amorites, who had fought against the former
king of Moab, and taken all his land out of his hand, even unto
Arnon.
Heshbon was the city of Sihon
king of the
Amorites, who had fought against the former
king of Moab and taken all his land as far as the
Arnon.
Woe to thee, Moab! thou art undone, O people of
Chemosh: he hath given his sons that escaped, and his daughters, into captivity unto Sihon
king of the
Amorites.
Woe to you, O Moab! You are destroyed, O people of
Chemosh! He gave up his sons as refugees, and his daughters into captivity to Sihon
king of the
Amorites.
And they turned and went up by the way of
Bashan: and
Og the
king of
Bashan went out against them, he, and all his people, to the battle at Edrei.
Then they turned and went up the road to
Bashan, and
Og king of
Bashan and his whole army came out to meet them in battle at Edrei.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Fear him not: for I have delivered him into thy hand, and all his people, and his land; and thou shalt do to him as thou
didst unto Sihon
king of the
Amorites, which dwelt at
Heshbon.
But the LORD said to Moses, “Do not fear him, for I have delivered him into your hand, along with all his people and his land. Do to him as you did to Sihon
king of the
Amorites, who lived in
Heshbon.”
And Moab said unto the elders of
Midian, Now shall this company
lick up all that are round about us, as the ox licketh up the grass of the field. And Balak the son of Zippor was
king of the Moabites at that time.
So the Moabites said to the elders of
Midian, “This
horde will
devour everything around us, as an ox licks up the grass of the field.” Since Balak son of Zippor was
king of Moab at that time,
And
Balaam said unto God, Balak the son of Zippor,
king of Moab, hath sent unto me, saying,
And
Balaam said to God, “Balak son of Zippor,
king of Moab, sent me this message:
And he took up his parable, and said, Balak the
king of Moab hath brought me from
Aram, out of the mountains of the east, saying, Come,
curse me Jacob, and come,
defy Israel.
And
Balaam lifted up an
oracle, saying: “Balak brought me from
Aram, the
king of Moab from the mountains of the east. ‘Come,’ he said, ‘put a
curse on Jacob for me; come and
denounce Israel!’
He hath not
beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath he seen
perverseness in Israel: the LORD his God is with him, and the
shout of a
king is among them.
He considers no
disaster for Jacob; He sees no trouble for Israel. The LORD their God is with them, and the
shout of the
King is among them.
He shall pour the water out of his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters, and his
king shall be higher than
Agag, and his
kingdom shall be
exalted.
Water will flow from his buckets, and his seed will have abundant water. His
king will be greater than
Agag, and his
kingdom will be
exalted.
And they
slew the
kings of
Midian, beside the rest of them that were slain; namely, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, five
kings of
Midian:
Balaam also the son of Beor they
slew with the sword.
Among the slain were Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur, and Reba—the five
kings of
Midian. They also killed
Balaam son of Beor with the sword.
And Moses gave unto them, even to the children of
Gad, and to the children of
Reuben, and unto half the tribe of
Manasseh the son of Joseph, the
kingdom of Sihon
king of the
Amorites, and the
kingdom of
Og king of
Bashan, the land, with the cities thereof in the coasts, even the cities of the country round about.
So Moses gave to the Gadites, to the Reubenites, and to the half-tribe of
Manasseh son of Joseph the
kingdom of Sihon
king of the
Amorites and the
kingdom of
Og king of
Bashan—the land including its cities and the territory surrounding them.
And
king Arad the
Canaanite, which dwelt in the south in the land of
Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.
Now the
Canaanite king of
Arad, who lived in the Negev in the land of
Canaan, heard that the Israelites were coming.
After he had slain Sihon the
king of the
Amorites, which dwelt in
Heshbon, and
Og the
king of
Bashan, which dwelt at Astaroth in Edrei:
Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the river
Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite,
king of
Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and
contend with him in battle.
“Arise, set out, and cross the
Arnon Valley. See, I have delivered into your hand Sihon the Amorite,
king of
Heshbon, and his land. Begin to take possession of it and
engage him in battle.
And I sent messengers out of the wilderness of Kedemoth unto Sihon
king of
Heshbon with words of peace, saying,
So from the Wilderness of Kedemoth I sent messengers with an offer of peace to Sihon
king of
Heshbon, saying,
But Sihon
king of
Heshbon would not let us pass by him: for the LORD thy God
hardened his spirit, and made his heart
obstinate, that he might deliver him into thy hand, as appeareth this day.
But Sihon
king of
Heshbon would not let us pass through, for the LORD your God had made his spirit
stubborn and his heart
obstinate, that He might deliver him into your hand, as is the case this day.
Then we turned, and went up the way to
Bashan: and
Og the
king of
Bashan came out against us, he and all his people, to battle at Edrei.
Then we turned and went up the road to
Bashan, and
Og king of
Bashan and his whole army came out to meet us in battle at Edrei.
And the LORD said unto me, Fear him not: for I will deliver him, and all his people, and his land, into thy hand; and thou shalt do unto him as thou
didst unto Sihon
king of the
Amorites, which dwelt at
Heshbon.
But the LORD said to me, “Do not fear him, for I have delivered him into your hand, along with all his people and his land. Do to him as you did to Sihon
king of the
Amorites, who lived in
Heshbon.”
So the LORD our God delivered into our hands
Og also, the
king of
Bashan, and all his people: and we
smote him until none was left to him remaining.
So the LORD our God also delivered
Og king of
Bashan and his whole army into our hands. We struck them down until no
survivor was left.
And we took all his cities at that time, there was not a city which we took not from them,
threescore cities, all the region of
Argob, the
kingdom of
Og in
Bashan.
At that time we captured all sixty of his cities. There was not a single city we failed to take—the entire region of
Argob, the
kingdom of
Og in
Bashan.
And we utterly destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon
king of
Heshbon, utterly destroying the men, women, and children, of every city.
We devoted them to destruction, as we had done to Sihon
king of
Heshbon, utterly destroying the men, women, and children of every city.
And we took at that time out of the hand of the two
kings of the
Amorites the land that was on this side Jordan, from the river of
Arnon unto mount
Hermon;
At that time we took from the two
kings of the
Amorites the land across the Jordan, from the
Arnon Valley as far as Mount
Hermon—
All the cities of the plain, and all
Gilead, and all
Bashan, unto Salchah and Edrei, cities of the
kingdom of
Og in
Bashan.
all the cities of the plateau, all of
Gilead, and all of
Bashan as far as the cities of Salecah and Edrei in the
kingdom of
Og.
For only
Og king of
Bashan remained of the
remnant of giants; behold, his
bedstead was a
bedstead of iron; is it not in
Rabbath of the children of
Ammon? nine cubits was the length thereof, and four cubits the breadth of it, after the
cubit of a man.
(For only
Og king of
Bashan had remained of the
remnant of the
Rephaim. His bed of iron, nine cubits long and four cubits wide, is still in Rabbah of the
Ammonites.)
And the rest of
Gilead, and all
Bashan, being the
kingdom of
Og, gave I unto the half tribe of
Manasseh; all the region of
Argob, with all
Bashan, which was called the land of giants.
And I commanded Joshua at that time, saying, Thine eyes have seen all that the LORD your God hath done unto these two
kings: so shall the LORD do unto all the
kingdoms whither thou passest.
And at that time I commanded Joshua: “Your own eyes have seen all that the LORD your God has done to these two kings. The LORD will do the same to all the kingdoms you are about to enter.
On this side Jordan, in the valley over against Beth-peor, in the land of Sihon
king of the
Amorites, who dwelt at
Heshbon, whom Moses and the children of Israel
smote, after they were come forth out of Egypt:
while they were in the valley across the Jordan facing Beth-peor in the land of Sihon
king of the
Amorites, who lived in
Heshbon and was defeated by Moses and the Israelites after they had come out of Egypt.
And they possessed his land, and the land of
Og king of
Bashan, two
kings of the
Amorites, which were on this side Jordan toward the
sunrising;
They took possession of the land belonging to Sihon and to
Og king of
Bashan—the two Amorite
kings across the Jordan to the east—
But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had
sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of
bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh
king of Egypt.
But because the LORD loved you and kept the oath He
swore to your fathers, He brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the house of slavery, from the hand of Pharaoh
king of Egypt.
And he shall deliver their kings into thine hand, and thou shalt destroy their name from under heaven: there shall no man be able to stand before thee, until thou have destroyed them.
He will hand their
kings over to you, and you will
wipe out their names from under heaven. No one will be able to stand against you; you will
annihilate them.
And his miracles, and his acts, which he did in the midst of Egypt unto Pharaoh the king of Egypt, and unto all his land;
the signs and works He did in Egypt to Pharaoh king of Egypt and all his land;
When thou art come unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt dwell therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that are about me;
When you enter the land that the LORD your God is giving you and have taken possession of it and settled in it, and you say, “Let us set a king over us like all the nations around us,”
Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother.
you are to
appoint over
yourselves the
king whom the LORD your God shall choose.
Appoint a
king from among your brothers; you are not to set over
yourselves a foreigner who is not one of your brothers.
But he shall not multiply horses to himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt, to the end that he should multiply horses:
forasmuch as the LORD hath said unto you, Ye shall henceforth return no more that way.
But the king must not acquire many horses for himself or send the people back to Egypt to acquire more horses, for the LORD has said, ‘You are never to go back that way again.’
And it shall be, when he sitteth upon the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write him a copy of this law in a book out of that which is before the priests the Levites:
When he is seated on his royal throne, he must write for himself a copy of this instruction on a
scroll in the presence of the
Levitical priests.
That his heart be not lifted up above his brethren, and that he turn not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left: to the end that he may
prolong his days in his
kingdom, he, and his children, in the midst of Israel.
Then his heart will not be
exalted above his countrymen, and he will not turn aside from the commandment, to the right or to the left, in order that he and his sons may reign many years over his
kingdom in Israel.
The LORD shall cause thee to be
smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way against them, and
flee seven ways before them: and shalt be removed into all the
kingdoms of the earth.
The LORD will cause you to be defeated before your enemies. You will march out against them in one direction but
flee from them in seven. You will be an object of
horror to all the
kingdoms of the earth.
The LORD shall bring thee, and thy king which thou shalt set over thee, unto a nation which neither thou nor thy fathers have known; and there shalt thou serve other gods, wood and stone.
The LORD will bring you and the
king you
appoint to a nation neither you nor your fathers have known, and there you will worship other gods—gods of wood and stone.
And when ye came unto this place, Sihon the
king of
Heshbon, and
Og the
king of
Bashan, came out against us unto battle, and we
smote them:
When you reached this place, Sihon
king of
Heshbon and
Og king of
Bashan came out against us in battle, but we defeated them.
And the LORD shall do unto them as he did to Sihon and to
Og,
kings of the
Amorites, and unto the land of them, whom he destroyed.
And the LORD will do to them as He did to Sihon and
Og, the
kings of the
Amorites, when He destroyed them along with their land.
And he was
king in
Jeshurun, when the heads of the people and the tribes of Israel were gathered together.
So the LORD became
King in
Jeshurun when the leaders of the people gathered, when the tribes of Israel came together.
And it was told the
king of
Jericho, saying, Behold, there came men in
hither to night of the children of Israel to search out the country.
And it was reported to the
king of
Jericho: “Behold, some men of Israel have come here
tonight to
spy out the land.”
And the
king of
Jericho sent unto
Rahab, saying, Bring forth the men that are come to thee, which are entered into thine house: for they be come to search out all the country.
So the
king of
Jericho sent to
Rahab and said, “Bring out the men who came to you and entered your house, for they have come to
spy out the whole land.”
And the men pursued after them the way to Jordan unto the fords: and as soon as they which pursued after them were gone out, they shut the gate.
So the
king’s men set out in pursuit of the
spies along the road to the fords of the Jordan, and as soon as they had gone out, the gate was shut.
For we have heard how the LORD dried up the water of the Red sea for you, when ye came out of Egypt; and what ye did unto the two
kings of the
Amorites, that were on the other side Jordan, Sihon and
Og, whom ye utterly destroyed.
For we have heard how the LORD dried up the waters of the Red Sea before you when you came out of Egypt, and what you did to Sihon and
Og, the two
kings of the
Amorites across the Jordan, whom you devoted to destruction.
And it came to pass, when all the
kings of the
Amorites, which were on the side of Jordan westward, and all the
kings of the
Canaanites, which were by the sea, heard that the LORD had dried up the waters of Jordan from before the children of Israel, until we were passed over, that their heart melted, neither was there spirit in them any more, because of the children of Israel.
Now when all the Amorite
kings west of the Jordan and all the
Canaanite kings along the coast heard how the LORD had dried up the waters of the Jordan before the Israelites until they had crossed over, their hearts melted and their spirits failed for fear of the Israelites.
And the LORD said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand
Jericho, and the
king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.
And the LORD said to Joshua, “Behold, I have delivered
Jericho into your hand, along with its
king and its mighty men of
valor.
And the LORD said unto Joshua, Fear not, neither be thou dismayed: take all the people of war with thee, and arise, go up to
Ai: see, I have given into thy hand the
king of
Ai, and his people, and his city, and his land:
Then the LORD said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid or discouraged. Take the whole army with you, and go up and attack
Ai. See, I have delivered into your hand the
king of
Ai, his people, his city, and his land.
And thou shalt do to
Ai and her
king as thou
didst unto
Jericho and her
king: only the
spoil thereof, and the cattle thereof, shall ye take for a prey unto
yourselves: lay thee an
ambush for the city behind it.
And it came to pass, when the
king of
Ai saw it, that they hasted and rose up early, and the men of the city went out against Israel to battle, he and all his people, at a time appointed, before the plain; but he
wist not that there were liers in
ambush against him behind the city.
When the
king of
Ai saw the Israelites, he
hurried out early in the morning with the men of the city to
engage them in battle at an appointed place overlooking the Arabah. But he did not know that an
ambush had been set up against him behind the city.
And the
king of
Ai they took alive, and brought him to Joshua.
But they took the
king of
Ai alive and brought him to Joshua.
And the
king of
Ai he
hanged on a tree until
eventide: and as soon as the sun was down, Joshua commanded that they should take his
carcase down from the tree, and cast it at the entering of the gate of the city, and raise
thereon a great
heap of stones, that remaineth unto this day.
He hung the
king of
Ai on a tree until evening, and at
sunset Joshua commanded that they take down the body from the tree and throw it down at the entrance of the city gate. And over it they raised a large pile of rocks, which remains to this day.
And it came to pass, when all the
kings which were on this side Jordan, in the hills, and in the valleys, and in all the coasts of the great sea over against

Canaanite, the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite, heard thereof;
Now it came to pass, when Adoni-zedek
king of Jerusalem had heard how Joshua had taken
Ai, and had utterly destroyed it; as he had done to
Jericho and her
king, so he had done to
Ai and her
king; and how the inhabitants of
Gibeon had made peace with Israel, and were among them;
Now Adoni-zedek
king of Jerusalem heard that Joshua had captured
Ai and devoted it to destruction—doing to
Ai and its
king as he had done to
Jericho and its
king—and that the people of
Gibeon had made peace with Israel and were living near them.
Wherefore Adoni-zedek
king of Jerusalem sent unto Hoham
king of
Hebron, and unto Piram
king of Jarmuth, and unto Japhia
king of
Lachish, and unto Debir
king of
Eglon, saying,
Therefore Adoni-zedek
king of Jerusalem sent word to Hoham
king of
Hebron, Piram
king of Jarmuth, Japhia
king of
Lachish, and Debir
king of
Eglon, saying,
