espied for them,
flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands:
On that day I
swore to bring them out of the land of Egypt into a land that I had searched out for them, a land
flowing with milk and honey, the glory of all lands.
Yet also I lifted up my hand unto them in the wilderness, that I would not bring them into the land which I had given them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands;
Moreover, with an
uplifted hand I
swore to them in the wilderness that I would not bring them into the land that I had given them—a land
flowing with milk and honey, the glory of all lands—

dyed attire upon their heads, all of them princes to look to, after the manner of the Babylonians of
Chaldea, the land of their

Chaldea, the land of their birth.
Son of man, behold, I take away from thee the desire of thine eyes with a stroke: yet neither shalt thou
mourn nor
weep, neither shall thy tears run down.

mourn or
weep or let your tears
flow.

whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be
healed; and every thing shall live
whither the river cometh.
Wherever the river
flows, there will be swarms of living creatures and a great number of fish, because it
flows there and makes the waters fresh; so wherever the river
flows, everything will
flourish.

flows to them. Their fruit will be used for food and their leaves for
healing.”

For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the
flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man
fade away in his ways.
For the sun rises with
scorching heat and
withers the plant; its
flower falls and its beauty is lost. So too, the rich man will
fade away in the midst of his pursuits.

flowers fall,

trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.
