dumb before his

opened he not his mouth:

But Peter put them all forth, and
kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she
opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which
opened to them of his own
accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and
forthwith the angel departed from him.
They passed the first and second guards and came to the iron gate leading to the city, which opened for them by itself. When they had gone outside and walked the length of one block, the angel suddenly left him.
And when she knew Peter’s voice, she
opened not the gate for

announced, “Peter is standing at the gate!”

rehearsed all that God had done with them, and how he had
opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles.

And a certain woman named
Lydia, a seller of purple, of the city of
Thyatira, which worshipped God, heard us: whose heart the Lord
opened, that she attended unto the things which were spoken of Paul.
Among those
listening was a woman named
Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth from the city of
Thyatira, who was a worshiper of God. The Lord
opened her heart to
respond to Paul’s message.

awaking out of his sleep, and seeing the prison doors

But Paul said unto them, They have beaten us
openly uncondemned, being Romans, and have cast us into prison; and now do they thrust us out
privily?
nay verily; but let them come themselves and
fetch us out.

escort us out!”

preach unto you, is Christ.

proclaiming to you is the Christ,” he declared.
And when Paul was now about to
open his mouth,
Gallio said unto the Jews, If it were a matter of wrong or wicked
lewdness, O ye Jews, reason would that I should bear with you:
But just as Paul was about to speak,
Gallio told the Jews, “If this matter involved a
wrongdoing or
vicious crime, O Jews, it would be reasonable for me to hear your
complaint.
So if

accuse him, saying, Seeing that by thee we enjoy great quietness, and that very worthy deeds are done unto this nation by thy providence,

foresight has brought improvements to this nation.
To

Their throat is an
open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used
deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:
“Their throats are
open graves; their tongues practice

venom of vipers is on their lips.”
And there are
diversities of
operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.
There are different ways of working, but the same God works all things in all people.

Now when I went to
Troas to
preach the gospel of Christ and a door stood
open for me in the Lord,
But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
And we, who with unveiled faces all
reflect the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into His image with
intensifying glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
Instead, we have
renounced secret and shameful ways. We do not practice
deceit, nor do we
distort the word of God. On the contrary, by
open proclamation of the truth, we
commend ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.
O ye
Corinthians, our mouth is
open unto you, our heart is enlarged.
We have spoken freely to you,
Corinthians. Our hearts are
open wide.
Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged.
As a fair exchange, I ask you as my children: Open wide your hearts also.
Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned,
thrice I suffered
shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep;
Three times I was beaten with rods, once I was stoned, three times I was
shipwrecked. I spent a night and a day in the
open sea.
And for me, that
utterance may be given unto me, that I may
open my mouth boldly, to make known the
mystery of the gospel,
Pray also for me, that whenever I
open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will boldly make known the
mystery of the gospel,
Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
And having been buried with Him in baptism, you were raised with Him through your faith in the power of God, who raised Him from the dead.
And having disarmed the powers and authorities, He made a public
spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.
Withal praying also for us, that God would
open unto us a door of
utterance, to speak the
mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:
as you pray also for us, that God may
open to us a door for the word, so that we may
proclaim the
mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains.
Some men’s sins are
open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some men they follow after.
The sins of some men are obvious, going
ahead of them to judgment; but the sins of others do not surface until later.
If any be

Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight; everything is uncovered and exposed before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.
If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto
repentance; seeing they
crucify to themselves the Son of God
afresh, and put him to an
open shame.
and then have fallen away—to be restored to
repentance, because they themselves are
crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting Him to
open shame.
By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the
veil, that is to say, his flesh;
by the new and living way
opened for us through the
curtain of His body,
For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are inclined to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”
And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of the One who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What He opens no one can shut, and what He shuts no one can open.
I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door, which no one can shut. For you have only a little strength, yet you have kept My word and have not denied My name.
Behold, I stand at the door, and
knock: if any man hear my voice, and
open the door, I will come in to him, and will
sup with him, and he with me.
Behold, I stand at the door and
knock. If
anyone hears My voice and
opens the door, I will come in and
dine with him, and he with Me.
After this I looked, and, behold, a door was
opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a
trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up
hither, and I will
shew thee things which must be
hereafter.
After this I looked and saw a door standing
open in heaven. And the voice I had previously heard speak to me like a
trumpet was saying, “Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after these things.”
And I saw a strong angel
proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to
open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
And I saw a mighty angel
proclaiming in a loud voice, “Who is worthy to break the seals and
open the
scroll?”
And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to
open the book, neither to look
thereon.
But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to
open the
scroll or look inside it.
And I
wept much, because no man was found worthy to
open and to read the book, neither to look
thereon.
And I began to
weep bitterly, because no one was found worthy to
open the
scroll or look inside it.
And one of the elders saith unto me,
Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to
open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not
weep! Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed to
open the
scroll and its seven seals.”
And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to
open the seals thereof: for thou
wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
And they
sang a new song: “Worthy are You to take the
scroll and
open its seals, because You were slain, and by Your blood You purchased for God those from every tribe and tongue and people and nation.
And I saw when the Lamb
opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of
thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
Then I watched as the Lamb
opened one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures say in a
thunderous voice, “Come!”
And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.
And when the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!”
And when he had
opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I
beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.
And when the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” Then I looked and saw a black horse, and its rider held in his hand a pair of scales.
And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.
And when the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, “Come!”
And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held:
And when the Lamb
opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony they had
upheld.
And I
beheld when he had
opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great
earthquake; and the sun became black as
sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;
And when I saw the Lamb
open the sixth seal, there was a great
earthquake, and the sun became black like
sackcloth of goat hair, and the whole moon turned blood red,
And when he had opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven about the space of half an hour.
When the Lamb opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.
And he
opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were
darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
The star
opened the pit of the
Abyss, and smoke rose out of it like the smoke of a great furnace, and the sun and the air were
darkened by the smoke from the pit.
And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,
He held in his hand a small
scroll, which lay
open. He placed his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land.
And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
Then the voice that I had heard from heaven spoke to me again, saying, “Go, take the small
scroll that lies
open in the hand of the angel standing on the sea and on the land.”
And the temple of God was
opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an
earthquake, and great
hail.
Then the temple of God in heaven was
opened, and the ark of His covenant appeared in His temple. And there were
flashes of
lightning, and rumblings, and peals of
thunder, and an
earthquake, and a great
hailstorm.
And the earth helped the woman, and the earth
opened her mouth, and
swallowed up the flood which the
dragon cast out of his mouth.
But the earth helped the woman and
opened its mouth to
swallow up the river that had poured from the
dragon’s mouth.
And he
opened his mouth in
blasphemy against God, to
blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
And the beast
opened its mouth to speak blasphemies against God and to
slander His name and His tabernacle—those who dwell in heaven.
And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:
After this I looked, and the temple—the tabernacle of the Testimony—was opened in heaven.
And I saw heaven
opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he
doth judge and make war.
Then I saw heaven standing open, and there before me was a white horse. And its rider is called Faithful and True. With righteousness He judges and wages war.
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne. And there were open books, and one of them was the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their deeds, as recorded in the books.
And
letting all those things go, do they not
gape, and even with
open mouth fix their eyes fast on her; and have not all men more desire unto her than unto silver or gold, or any goodly thing
whatsoever?
And yet for all this the king
gaped and
gazed upon her with
open mouth: if she
laughed upon him, he
laughed also: but if she took any displeasure at him, the king was
fain to
flatter, that she might be
reconciled to him again.
But when the seventh month was at hand, and when the children of Israel were every man in his own place, they came all together with one consent into the open place of the first gate which is toward the east.
And when he
opened the law, they stood all straight up. So
Esdras blessed the Lord God most High, the God of hosts,
Almighty.
Open me the places that are closed, and bring me forth the winds that in them are shut up,
shew me the image of a voice: and then I will declare to thee the thing that thou labourest to know.
And when the world, that shall begin to
vanish away, shall be finished, then will I
shew these
tokens: the books shall be
opened before the
firmament, and they shall see all together:
For unto you is
paradise opened, the tree of life is planted, the time to come is prepared,
plenteousness is made ready, a city is builded, and rest is allowed,
yea, perfect goodness and wisdom.
And they that have
loathed my law, while they had yet liberty, and, when as yet place of
repentance was
open unto them, understood not, but
despised it;
And I opened my mouth, and began to talk before the most High, and said,
And, behold, thou sawest her likeness, and because she
mourned for her son, thou begannest to comfort her: and of these things which have chanced, these are to be
opened unto thee.
The interpretation of the vision shall I
shew thee, and I will
open unto thee the thing that thou hast required.
And the next day, behold, a voice called me, saying,
Esdras,
open thy mouth, and drink that I give thee to drink.
Then opened I my mouth, and, behold, he reached me a full cup, which was full as it were with water, but the colour of it was like fire.
And my mouth was opened, and shut no more.
And it came to pass, when the forty days were filled, that the Highest spake, saying, The first that thou hast written
publish openly, that the worthy and unworthy may read it:
And strong winds shall arise from the east, and shall
open it; and the cloud which he raised up in wrath, and the star
stirred to cause fear toward the east and west wind, shall be destroyed.
And I knew not that there were sparrows in the wall, and mine eyes being
open, the sparrows muted warm dung into mine eyes, and a whiteness came in mine eyes: and I went to the physicians, but they helped me not: moreover Achiacharus did
nourish me, until I went into Elymais.

Also Joacim the high priest, which was in those days in Jerusalem, wrote to them that dwelt in Bethulia, and Betomestham, which is over against
Esdraelon toward the
open country, near to Dothaim,
And she said unto them, Command the gates of the city to be
opened unto me, that I may go forth to
accomplish the things
whereof ye have spoken with me. So they commanded the young men to
open unto her, as she had spoken.
And I will lead thee through the midst of
Judea, until thou come before Jerusalem; and I will set thy throne in the midst thereof; and thou shalt drive them as sheep that have no
shepherd, and a dog shall not so much as
open his mouth at thee: for these things were told me according to my
foreknowledge, and they were declared unto me, and I am sent to tell thee.
Then said
Judith afar off, to the
watchmen at the gate,
Open,
open now the gate: God, even our God, is with us, to
shew his power yet in Jerusalem, and his forces against the enemy, as he hath even done this day.
And then they ran all together, both small and great, for it was strange unto them that she was come: so they opened the gate, and received them, and made a fire for a light, and stood round about them.
But because none answered, he
opened it, and went into the
bedchamber, and found him cast upon the floor dead, and his head was taken from him.
After that I became lord over many nations and had dominion over the whole world, not lifted up with
presumption of my authority, but carrying myself always with
equity and mildness, I purposed to settle my subjects continually in a quiet life, and making my kingdom peaceable, and
open for passage to the utmost coasts, to renew peace, which is desired of all men.
And
open the mouths of the heathen to set forth the praises of the idols, and to
magnify a fleshly king for ever.
For he hath given me certain knowledge of the things that are, namely, to know how the world was made, and the operation of the elements:
