And the likeness of the
firmament upon the
heads of the living creature was as the colour of the terrible crystal, stretched forth over their
heads above.
Spread out above the
heads of the living creatures was the likeness of an
awesome expanse,
gleaming like crystal.
And there was a voice from the
firmament that was over their
heads, when they stood, and had let down their wings.
And there came a voice from above the
expanse over their
heads as they stood still with their wings lowered.
And above the
firmament that was over their
heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a
sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.
Above the
expanse over their
heads was the likeness of a throne with the appearance of
sapphire, and on the throne high above was a figure like that of a man.
But the house of Israel will be unwilling to
listen to you, since they are unwilling to
listen to Me. For the whole house of Israel is hard-
headed and hard-hearted.
And thou, son of man, take thee a sharp knife, take thee a
barber’s
razor, and cause it to pass upon thine
head and upon thy
beard: then take thee balances to
weigh, and divide the hair.
“As for you, son of man, take a sharp sword, use it as a
barber’s
razor, and
shave your
head and
beard. Then take a set of scales and divide the hair.
They shall also
gird themselves with
sackcloth, and
horror shall cover them; and shame shall be upon all faces, and
baldness upon all their
heads.
They will put on
sackcloth, and terror will
overwhelm them. Shame will cover all their faces, and all their
heads will be
shaved.
And he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a
lock of mine
head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where was the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy.
He stretched out what looked like a hand and took me by the hair of my
head. Then the Spirit lifted me up between earth and heaven and carried me in visions of God to Jerusalem, to the entrance of the north gate of the inner court, where the
idol that provokes jealousy was seated.
And as for me also, mine eye shall not
spare, neither will I have
pity, but I will
recompense their way upon their
head.
But as for Me, I will not look on them with
pity, nor will I
spare them. I will bring their deeds down upon their own
heads.”
Then I looked, and, behold, in the
firmament that was above the
head of the cherubims there appeared over them as it were a
sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.
When they went, they went upon their four sides; they turned not as they went, but to the place
whither the
head looked they followed it; they turned not as they went.
When they moved, they would go in any of the four directions, without turning as they moved. For wherever the
head faced, the
cherubim would go in that direction, without turning as they moved.
But as for them whose heart walketh after the heart of their
detestable things and their abominations, I will
recompense their way upon their own
heads, saith the Lord GOD.
But as for those whose hearts pursue
detestable things and abominations, I will bring their conduct down upon their own
heads, declares the Lord GOD.”
And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD;
Woe to the women that
sew pillows to all armholes, and make
kerchiefs upon the
head of every
stature to
hunt souls! Will ye
hunt the souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you?
and tell them that this is what the Lord GOD says:
Woe to the women who
sew magic charms on their wrists and make veils for the
heads of people of every height, in order to
ensnare their souls. Will you
ensnare the souls of My people but preserve your own?
And I put a
jewel on thy
forehead, and earrings in thine ears, and a beautiful crown upon thine
head.
I put a ring in your nose, earrings on your ears, and a beautiful crown upon your head.
Thou hast built thy high place at every
head of the way, and hast made thy beauty to be
abhorred, and hast opened thy feet to every one that passed by, and multiplied thy whoredoms.
At the
head of every street you built your lofty shrines and
degraded your beauty. With increasing
promiscuity, you spread your legs to all who passed by.
In that thou buildest thine eminent place in the
head of every way, and makest thine high place in every street; and hast not been as an
harlot, in that thou scornest
hire;
But when you built your mounds at the
head of every street and made your lofty shrines in every public square, you were not even like a
prostitute, because you
scorned payment.
Because thou hast not remembered the days of thy youth, but hast
fretted me in all these things; behold, therefore I also will
recompense thy way upon thine
head, saith the Lord GOD: and thou shalt not commit this
lewdness above all thine abominations.
Because you did not remember the days of your youth, but
enraged Me with all these things, I will surely bring your deeds down upon your own
head, declares the Lord GOD. Have you not committed this
lewdness on top of all your other abominations?
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; As I live, surely mine oath that he hath
despised, and my covenant that he hath broken, even it will I
recompense upon his own
head.
Therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: ‘As surely as I live, I will bring down upon his
head My oath that he
despised and My covenant that he broke.
Hath given forth upon
usury, and hath taken increase: shall he then live? he shall not live: he hath done all these abominations; he shall surely die; his blood shall be upon him.
He engages in
usury and takes excess interest. Will this son live? He will not! Since he has committed all these abominations, he will surely die; his blood will be on his own
head.
Also, thou son of man,
appoint thee two ways, that the sword of the king of Babylon may come: both
twain shall come forth out of one land: and choose thou a place, choose it at the
head of the way to the city.
“Now you, son of man, mark out two roads for the sword of the king of Babylon to take, both starting from the same land. And make a
signpost where the road branches off to each city.
For the king of Babylon stood at the parting of the way, at the
head of the two ways, to use
divination: he made his arrows bright, he consulted with images, he looked in the liver.
For the king of Babylon stands at the
fork in the road, at the junction of the two roads, to seek an
omen: He shakes the arrows, he consults the idols, he examines the liver.
Therefore have I poured out mine
indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I
recompensed upon their
heads, saith the Lord GOD.
So I have poured out My
indignation upon them and consumed them with the fire of My
fury. I have brought their ways down upon their own
heads, declares the Lord GOD.”
Girded with girdles upon their loins, exceeding in
dyed attire upon their
heads, all of them princes to look to, after the manner of the Babylonians of
Chaldea, the land of their
nativity:
wearing belts on their waists and flowing turbans on their
heads; all of them looked like officers of the Babylonians in
Chaldea, the land of their birth.
And a voice of a multitude being at ease was with her: and with the men of the common sort were brought
Sabeans from the wilderness, which put bracelets upon their hands, and beautiful crowns upon their
heads.
accompanied by the sound of a carefree crowd. Drunkards were brought in from the desert along with men from the
rabble, who put bracelets on your wrists and beautiful crowns on your
head.
Forbear to cry, make no
mourning for the dead, bind the
tire of thine
head upon thee, and put on thy
shoes upon thy feet, and cover not thy lips, and eat not the bread of men.
Groan quietly; do not
mourn for the dead. Put on your
turban and
strap your
sandals on your feet; do not cover your lips or eat the bread of mourners.”
And your tires shall be upon your
heads, and your
shoes upon your feet: ye shall not
mourn nor
weep; but ye shall pine away for your
iniquities, and
mourn one toward another.
Your turbans will remain on your
heads and your
sandals on your feet. You will not
mourn or
weep, but you will waste away because of your sins, and you will
groan among
yourselves.
And shall cause their voice to be heard against thee, and shall cry bitterly, and shall cast up dust upon their
heads, they shall
wallow themselves in the ashes:
They will raise their voices for you and cry out bitterly. They will throw dust on their heads and roll in ashes.
And they shall make themselves utterly
bald for thee, and
gird them with
sackcloth, and they shall
weep for thee with bitterness of heart and bitter
wailing.
Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus: every
head was made
bald, and every shoulder was
peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had served against it:
“Son of man,
Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon caused his army to labor
strenuously against Tyre. Every
head was made
bald and every shoulder made raw. But he and his army received no wages from Tyre for the labor they expended on it.
And they shall not lie with the mighty that are fallen of the
uncircumcised, which are gone down to
hell with their weapons of war: and they have laid their swords under their
heads, but their
iniquities shall be upon their bones, though they were the terror of the mighty in the land of the living.
They do not lie down with the fallen warriors of old, who went down to
Sheol with their weapons of war, whose swords were placed under their
heads, whose shields rested on their bones, although the terror of the mighty was once in the land of the living.
Then
whosoever heareth the sound of the
trumpet, and taketh not
warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own
head.
Then if
anyone hears the sound of the horn but fails to
heed the
warning, and the sword comes and takes him away, his blood will be on his own
head.
He heard the sound of the
trumpet, and took not
warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh
warning shall deliver his soul.
Since he heard the sound of the horn but failed to
heed the
warning, his blood will be on his own
head. If he had
heeded the
warning, he would have saved his life.
And according to the doors of the chambers that were toward the south was a door in the head of the way, even the way directly before the wall toward the east, as one entereth into them.
And corresponding to the doors of the chambers that were facing south, there was a door in front of the walkway that was parallel to the wall extending eastward.
They shall have linen bonnets upon their
heads, and shall have linen
breeches upon their loins; they shall not
gird themselves with any thing that causeth
sweat.
They are to wear linen turbans on their
heads and linen undergarments around their waists. They must not wear anything that makes them
perspire.
Neither shall they
shave their
heads, nor suffer their locks to grow long; they shall only
poll their
heads.
They must not
shave their
heads or let their hair grow long, but must carefully
trim their hair.
And the prince of the eunuchs said unto Daniel, I fear my lord the king, who hath appointed your meat and your drink: for why should he see your faces worse liking than the children which are of your sort? then shall ye make me
endanger my
head to the king.
but he said to Daniel, “I fear my lord the king, who has assigned your food and drink. For why should he see your faces looking
thinner than those of the other young men your age? You would
endanger my
head before the king!”
But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king
Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy
head upon thy bed, are these;
But there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries, and He has made known to King
Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in the latter days. Your dream and the visions that came into your mind as you lay on your bed were these:
This image’s
head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his
belly and his thighs of brass,
The
head of the statue was pure gold, its chest and arms were silver, its
belly and thighs were bronze,
And
wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this
head of gold.
Wherever the sons of men or beasts of the field or birds of the air dwell, He has given them into your hand and has made you ruler over them all. You are that head of gold.
And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king’s counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was an hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them.
and when the satraps, prefects, governors, and royal advisers had gathered around, they saw that the fire had no effect on the bodies of these men. Not a hair of their heads was singed, their robes were unaffected, and there was no smell of fire on them.
I saw a dream which made me afraid, and the thoughts upon my bed and the visions of my head troubled me.
I had a dream, and it
frightened me; while in my bed, the images and visions in my mind
alarmed me.
Thus were the visions of mine head in my bed; I saw, and behold a tree in the midst of the earth, and the height thereof was great.
In these visions of my mind as I was lying in bed, I saw this come to pass: There was a tree in the midst of the land, and its height was great.
I saw in the visions of my head upon my bed, and, behold, a watcher and an holy one came down from heaven;
As I lay on my bed, I also saw in the visions of my mind a watcher, a holy one, coming down from heaven.
In the first year of
Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his
head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.
In the first year of the reign of
Belshazzar over Babylon, Daniel had a dream, and visions passed through his mind as he lay on his bed. He wrote down the dream, and this is the summary of his account.
After this I
beheld, and lo another, like a
leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four
heads; and dominion was given to it.
Next, as I watched, another beast appeared. It was like a
leopard, and on its back it had four wings like those of a bird. The beast also had four
heads, and it was given authority to rule.
I
beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his
head like the pure wool: his throne was like the
fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.
As I continued to watch, thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took His seat. His clothing was white as snow, and the hair of His
head was like pure wool. His throne was flaming with fire, and its wheels were all
ablaze.
I Daniel was
grieved in my spirit in the midst of my body, and the visions of my
head troubled me.
I, Daniel, was
grieved in my spirit, and the visions in my mind
alarmed me.
And of the ten horns that were in his
head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more
stout than his fellows.
I also wanted to know about the ten horns on its
head and the other horn that came up, before which three of them fell—the horn whose appearance was more imposing than the others, with eyes and with a mouth that spoke words of
arrogance.
Then shall the children of Judah and the children of Israel be gathered together, and
appoint themselves one
head, and they shall come up out of the land: for great shall be the day of
Jezreel.
Then the people of Judah and of Israel will be gathered together, and they will
appoint for themselves one leader, and will go up out of the land. For great will be the day of
Jezreel.
Yea, and what have ye to do with me, O Tyre, and Zidon, and all the coasts of Palestine? will ye render me a recompence? and if ye
recompense me, swiftly and speedily will I return your recompence upon your own
head;
Now what do you have against Me, O Tyre,
Sidon, and all the regions of Philistia? Are you rendering against Me a
recompense? If you
retaliate against Me, I will swiftly and speedily return your
recompense upon your
heads.
Behold, I will raise them out of the place
whither ye have sold them, and will return your recompence upon your own
head:
Behold, I will
rouse them from the places to which you sold them; I will return your
recompense upon your
heads.
That
pant after the dust of the earth on the
head of the poor, and turn aside the way of the
meek: and a man and his father will go in unto the same
maid, to
profane my holy name:
They
trample on the
heads of the poor as on the dust of the earth; they
push the
needy out of their way. A man and his father have relations with the same
girl and so
profane My holy name.
And I will turn your feasts into
mourning, and all your songs into
lamentation; and I will bring up
sackcloth upon all loins, and
baldness upon every
head; and I will make it as the
mourning of an only son, and the end thereof as a bitter day.
I saw the LORD standing upon the altar: and he said,
Smite the
lintel of the door, that the posts may
shake: and cut them in the
head, all of them; and I will
slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them shall not
flee away, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered.
I saw the Lord standing beside the altar, and He said: “Strike the tops of the pillars so that the thresholds
shake.
Topple them on the
heads of all the people, and I will kill the rest with the sword. None of those who
flee will get away; none of the fugitives will escape.
For the day of the LORD is near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy reward shall return upon thine own head.
For the Day of the LORD is near for all the nations. As you have done, it will be done to you; your
recompense will return upon your own
head.
The waters compassed me about, even to the soul: the depth closed me round about, the weeds were
wrapped about my
head.
And the LORD God prepared a
gourd, and made it to come up over
Jonah, that it might be a shadow over his
head, to deliver him from his grief. So
Jonah was exceeding
glad of the
gourd.
So the LORD God appointed a vine, and it grew up to provide shade over
Jonah’s
head to ease his discomfort, and
Jonah was greatly pleased with the plant.
And it came to pass, when the sun did arise, that God prepared a
vehement east wind; and the sun beat upon the
head of
Jonah, that he
fainted, and wished in himself to die, and said, It is better for me to die than to live.
As the sun was rising, God appointed a
scorching east wind, and the sun beat down on
Jonah’s
head so that he grew
faint and wished to die, saying, “It is better for me to die than to live.”
The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the LORD on the head of them.
One who breaks open the way will go up before them; they will break through the gate, and go out by it. Their King will pass through before them, the LORD as their leader.
And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment?
Then I said: “Hear now, O leaders of Jacob, you rulers of the house of Israel. Should you not know justice?
Hear this, I pray you, ye
heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that
abhor judgment, and
pervert all
equity.
Now hear this, O leaders of the house of Jacob and rulers of the house of Israel, who
despise justice and
pervert all that is right,
The
heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for
hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they
lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.
Her leaders judge for a
bribe, her priests teach for a price, and her prophets practice
divination for money. Yet they
lean upon the LORD, saying, “Is not the LORD among us? No
disaster can come upon us.”
Yet was she carried away, she went into captivity: her young children also were
dashed in pieces at the top of all the streets: and they cast lots for her honourable men, and all her great men were bound in chains.
Yet she became an exile; she went into captivity. Her infants were
dashed to pieces at the
head of every street. They cast lots for her
dignitaries, and all her nobles were bound in chains.
Thou wentest forth for the salvation of thy people, even for salvation with thine
anointed; thou woundedst the
head out of the house of the wicked, by discovering the foundation unto the neck.
Selah.
You went forth for the salvation of Your people, to save Your
anointed. You
crushed the
head of the house of the wicked and
stripped him from
head to
toe.
Selah With his own
spear You pierced his
head, when his warriors stormed out to
scatter us,
gloating as though ready to secretly
devour the weak.
Then said I, What come these to do? And he spake, saying, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his
head: but these are come to
fray them, to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to
scatter it.
“What are these coming to do?” I asked. And He replied, “These are the horns that scattered Judah so that no one could raise his
head; but the
craftsmen have come to
terrify them and throw down these horns of the nations that have lifted up their horns against the land of Judah to
scatter it.”
And I said, Let them set a fair
mitre upon his
head. So they set a fair
mitre upon his
head, and clothed him with garments. And the angel of the LORD stood by.
Then I said, “Let them put a clean
turban on his
head.” So a clean
turban was placed on his
head, and they clothed him, as the angel of the LORD stood by.
Who art thou, O great mountain? before
Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the
headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.
What are you, O great mountain? Before
Zerubbabel you will become a plain. Then he will bring forth the
capstone accompanied by shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it!’”
Then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest;
Take silver and gold, make an
ornate crown, and set it on the
head of the high priest, Joshua son of Jehozadak.
Neither shalt thou
swear by thy
head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.
Nor should you
swear by your
head, for you cannot make a single hair white or black.
But thou, when thou fastest,
anoint thine
head, and wash thy face;
But when you fast,
anoint your
head and wash your face,
And Jesus saith unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.
Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay His head.”
It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house
Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?
It is enough for a disciple to be like his teacher, and a servant like his master. If the head of the house has been called Beelzebul, how much more the members of his household!
But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were an
hungred, and began to
pluck the ears of corn, and to eat.
At that time Jesus went through the grainfields on the Sabbath. His disciples were
hungry and began to
pick the
heads of grain and eat them.
And she, being before
instructed of her mother, said, Give me here John Baptist’s
head in a charger.
Prompted by her mother, she said, “Give me here on a
platter the
head of John the Baptist.”
And his
head was brought in a charger, and given to the
damsel: and she brought it to her mother.
John’s
head was brought in on a
platter and presented to the
girl, who carried it to her mother.
Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures: ‘The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. This is from the Lord, and it is
marvelous in our eyes’?
There came unto him a woman having an
alabaster box of very precious
ointment, and poured it on his
head, as he sat at meat.
And when they had
platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his
head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the
knee before him, and
mocked him, saying,
Hail, King of the Jews!
And they twisted together a crown of thorns and set it on His
head. They put a staff in His right hand and
knelt down before Him to
mock Him, saying, “
Hail, King of the Jews!”
And they
spit upon him, and took the reed, and
smote him on the
head.
Then they
spit on Him and took the staff and struck Him on the
head repeatedly.
And set up over his
head his
accusation written, THIS IS JESUS THE KING OF THE JEWS.
Above His head they posted the written charge against Him: THIS IS JESUS, THE KING OF THE JEWS.
And it came to pass, that he went through the corn fields on the sabbath day; and his disciples began, as they went, to
pluck the ears of corn.
One Sabbath Jesus was passing through the grainfields, and His disciples began to
pick the
heads of grain as they walked along.
For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the
blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.
All by itself the earth produces a crop—first the
stalk, then the
head, then grain that ripens within.
And she went forth, and said unto her mother, What shall I ask? And she said, The head of John the Baptist.
Then she went out and asked her mother, “What should I request?” And her mother answered, “The head of John the Baptist.”
And she came in
straightway with
haste unto the king, and asked, saying, I will that thou give me by and by in a charger the
head of John the Baptist.
At once the
girl hurried back to the king with her request: “I want you to give me the
head of John the Baptist on a
platter immediately.”
And immediately the king sent an executioner, and commanded his
head to be brought: and he went and
beheaded him in the prison,
So without delay, the king commanded that John’s
head be brought in. He sent an executioner, who went and
beheaded him in the prison.
And brought his
head in a charger, and gave it to the
damsel: and the
damsel gave it to her mother.
The man brought John’s
head on a
platter and presented it to the
girl, who gave it to her mother.
And again he sent unto them another servant; and at him they cast stones, and wounded him in the
head, and sent him away
shamefully handled.
Then he sent them another servant, and they struck him over the
head and treated him
shamefully.
And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner:
Have you never read this Scripture: ‘The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone.
And they clothed him with purple, and
platted a crown of thorns, and put it about his
head,
They dressed Him in a purple
robe, twisted together a crown of thorns, and set it on His
head.
And they
smote him on the
head with a reed, and did
spit upon him, and bowing their knees worshipped him.
They kept striking His
head with a staff and
spitting on Him. And they
knelt down and bowed before Him.
And they that passed by railed on him,
wagging their
heads, and saying,
Ah, thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in three days,
And those who passed by
heaped abuse on Him,
shaking their
heads and saying, “
Aha! You who are going to destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days,
And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the
brow of the hill
whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down
headlong.
They got up, drove Him out of the town, and led Him to the
brow of the hill on which the town was built, in order to throw Him over the
cliff.
And it came to pass on the second sabbath after the first, that he went through the corn fields; and his disciples
plucked the ears of corn, and did eat,
rubbing them in their hands.
One Sabbath Jesus was passing through the grainfields, and His disciples began to
pick the
heads of grain,
rub them in their hands, and eat them.
And stood at his feet behind him
weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did
wipe them with the hairs of her
head, and
kissed his feet, and
anointed them with the
ointment.
As she stood behind Him at His feet
weeping, she began to wet His feet with her tears and
wipe them with her hair. Then she
kissed His feet and
anointed them with the
perfume.
And he turned to the woman, and said unto Simon, Seest thou this woman? I entered into thine house, thou gavest me no water for my feet: but she hath washed my feet with tears, and
wiped them with the hairs of her
head.
And turning toward the woman, He said to Simon, “Do you see this woman? When I entered your house, you did not give Me water for My feet, but she wet My feet with her tears and
wiped them with her hair.
And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem.
But the people there refused to
welcome Him, because He was
heading for Jerusalem.
