twoedged sword in their hand;

edged sword.
If the iron be
blunt, and he do not
whet the
edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct.
If the
axe is dull and the
blade unsharpened, more strength must be exerted, but skill produces success.

smite them with the
edge of the sword; he shall not
spare them, neither have

anyone eats the
sour grapes, his own teeth will be set on
edge.

cubit deep and a
cubit wide, with a
rim of one span around its
edge. And this is the height of the altar:

twoedged sword,
piercing even to the dividing
asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and
marrow, and is a
discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-
edged sword, it pierces even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and
marrow. It judges the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

All iniquity is as a two
edged sword, the wounds
whereof cannot be
healed.

slew all the males with the
edge of the sword, and
rased the city, and took the spoils thereof, and passed through the city over them that were slain.
