stories, but had not pillars as the pillars of the courts: therefore the building was
straitened more than the lowest and the
middlemost from the ground.

Therefore hath the LORD watched upon the evil, and brought it upon us: for the LORD our God is righteous in all his works which he doeth: for we obeyed not his voice.
Therefore the LORD has kept the
calamity in
store and brought it upon us. For the LORD our God is righteous in all He does; yet we have not obeyed His voice.
And at the time of the end shall the king of the south
push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a
whirlwind, with
chariots, and with
horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.
At the time of the end, the king of the South will
engage him in battle, but the king of the North will
storm out against him with
chariots,
horsemen, and many ships,
invading many countries and
sweeping through them like a flood.

hid.

rotten under their clods, the garners are laid
desolate, the barns are broken down; for the corn is
withered.

withered away.
They shall run to and
fro in the city; they shall run upon the wall, they shall
climb up upon the houses; they shall enter in at the windows like a
thief.

storm the city; they run along the wall; they
climb into houses, entering through windows like
thieves.

store up violence and
robbery in their palaces.

It is he that buildeth his
stories in the heaven, and hath founded his
troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name.

vault upon the earth. He
summons the waters of the sea and pours them over the face of the earth. The LORD is His name.

tempest is upon you.

blame for this violent
storm that has come upon you.”
The LORD is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all
acquit the wicked: the LORD hath his way in the
whirlwind and in the
storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.

whirlwind and
storm, and clouds are the dust beneath His feet.

spoil of silver, take the
spoil of gold: for there is none end of the

spear You pierced his head, when his warriors
stormed out to
scatter us,

stork: and they lifted up the
ephah between the earth and the heaven.
Then I lifted up my eyes and saw two women approaching, with the wind in their wings. Their wings were like those of a
stork, and they lifted up the
basket between heaven and earth.
Ask ye of the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.
Ask the LORD for rain in
springtime; the LORD makes the
storm clouds, and He will give
everyone showers of rain and crops in the field.
Bring ye all the
tithes into the
storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now
herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

tithe into the

A good man out of the good
treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil
treasure bringeth forth evil things.
The good man brings good things out of his good
store of
treasure, and the evil man brings evil things out of his evil
store of
treasure.
Then said he unto them, Therefore every
scribe which is
instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his
treasure things new and old.

storeroom new treasures as well as old.”
And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can
discern the face of the sky; but can ye not

stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.’ You know how to
interpret the appearance of the sky, but not the signs of the times.

And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to
bestow my fruits?
So he thought to himself, ‘What shall I do, since I have nowhere to store my crops?’
And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I
bestow all my fruits and my goods.
Then he said, ‘This is what I will do: I will
tear down my barns and will build
bigger ones, and there I will
store up all my grain and my goods.

treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

Consider the ravens: for they neither
sow nor
reap; which neither have
storehouse nor
barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
Consider the ravens: They do not
sow or
reap, they have no
storehouse or
barn; yet God feeds them. How much more valuable you are than the birds!

loft, and was taken up dead.

And when neither sun nor stars in many days appeared, and no small
tempest lay on us, all hope that we should be saved was then taken away.
When neither sun nor stars appeared for many days and the great
storm continued to
batter us, we abandoned all hope of being saved.
But after thy hardness and
impenitent heart treasurest up unto
thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
But because of your hard and
unrepentant heart, you are
storing up wrath against
yourself for the day of wrath, when God’s righteous judgment will be revealed.
Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in
store, as God hath
prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.

Now he that ministereth seed to the
sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness;)

For ye are not come unto the mount that might be touched, and that burned with fire, nor unto blackness, and darkness, and
tempest,
For you have not come to a mountain that can be touched and that is burning with fire; to darkness,
gloom, and
storm;
These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a
tempest; to whom the
mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
These men are springs without water and mists driven by a storm. Blackest darkness is reserved for them.
But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in
store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and
perdition of ungodly men.
And by that same word, the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
These things are written in the book of the

Judea.
To king Artexerxes our lord, Thy servants, Rathumus the
storywriter, and Semellius the
scribe, and the rest of their council, and the judges that are in Celosyria and Phenice.

scribe, and to the rest that were in commission, and dwellers in Samaria and Syria and Phenice, after this manner;

wept. Moreover they entertained them
cheerfully; and after that they had killed a ram of the flock, they set

dispatched.
For the hope of the ungodly is like dust that is
blown away with the wind; like a thin
froth that is driven away with the
storm; like as the smoke which is
dispersed here and there with a
tempest, and passeth away as the
remembrance of a
guest that tarrieth but a day.

thunder maketh the earth to
tremble: so

0 ye dews and
storms of snow,
bless ye the Lord: praise and
exalt him above all for ever.
They
stored it also with armour and
victuals, and when they had gathered together the spoils of Jerusalem, they laid them up there, and so they became a
sore snare:
And that
Lysias, who went forth first with a great power was driven away of the Jews; and that they were made strong by the armour, and power, and
store of spoils, which they had
gotten of the armies, whom they had destroyed:
Yet at the last, their vessels being without
victuals, (for that it was the seventh year, and they in
Judea that were delivered from the Gentiles, had eaten up the residue of the
store;)
