And to the office of
Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest pertaineth the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the daily meat offering, and the
anointing oil, and the
oversight of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein is, in the sanctuary, and in the vessels thereof.
Eleazar son of Aaron the priest shall
oversee the oil for the light, the
fragrant incense, the daily grain offering, and the
anointing oil. He has
oversight of the entire tabernacle and everything in it, including the holy objects and their utensils.”
And they shall bear the curtains of the tabernacle, and the tabernacle of the congregation, his covering, and the covering of the badgers’ skins that is above upon it, and the hanging for the door of the tabernacle of the congregation,
They are to carry the curtains of the tabernacle, the Tent of Meeting with the covering of fine leather over it, the curtains for the entrance to the Tent of Meeting,
And the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be
jealous of his wife, and she be
defiled: or if the spirit of jealousy come upon him, and he be
jealous of his wife, and she be not
defiled:
and if a feeling of jealousy comes
over her husband and he suspects his wife who has
defiled herself—or if a feeling of jealousy comes
over him and he suspects her even though she has not
defiled herself—
Then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest, and he shall bring her offering for her, the tenth part of an
ephah of barley meal; he shall pour no oil upon it, nor put
frankincense thereon; for it is an offering of jealousy, an offering of
memorial, bringing iniquity to
remembrance.
then he is to bring his wife to the priest. He must also bring for her an offering of a tenth of an
ephah of barley flour. He is not to pour oil
over it or put
frankincense on it, because it is a grain offering for jealousy, an offering of
memorial as a reminder of iniquity.
Or when the spirit of jealousy cometh upon him, and he be
jealous over his wife, and shall set the woman before the LORD, and the priest shall
execute upon her all this law.
or when a feeling of jealousy comes over a husband and he suspects his wife. He is to have the woman stand before the LORD, and the priest is to apply to her this entire law.
All the days of the
vow of his separation there shall no
razor come upon his head: until the days be fulfilled, in the which he separateth himself unto the LORD, he shall be holy, and shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.
For the entire period of his
vow of separation, no
razor shall pass
over his head. He must be holy until the time of his separation to the LORD is complete; he must let the hair of his head grow long.
That the princes of Israel, heads of the house of their fathers, who were the princes of the tribes, and were over them that were numbered, offered:
And the leaders of Israel, the heads of their families, presented an offering. These men were the
tribal leaders who had
supervised the
registration.
Speak unto Aaron, and say unto him, When thou lightest the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light
over against the
candlestick.
“Speak to Aaron and tell him: ‘When you set up the seven lamps, they are to light the area in front of the lampstand.’”
And Aaron did so; he lighted the lamps thereof
over against the
candlestick, as the LORD commanded Moses.
And Aaron did so; he set up the lamps facing toward the front of the lampstand, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.
At the commandment of the LORD the children of Israel journeyed, and at the commandment of the LORD they pitched: as long as the cloud abode upon the tabernacle they rested in their tents.
At the LORD’s command the Israelites set out, and at the LORD’s command they camped. As long as the cloud remained
over the tabernacle, they remained
encamped.
And when the cloud
tarried long upon the tabernacle many days, then the children of Israel kept the charge of the LORD, and journeyed not.
Even when the cloud
lingered over the tabernacle for many days, the Israelites kept the LORD’s charge and did not set out.
And so it was, when the cloud was a few days upon the tabernacle; according to the commandment of the LORD they abode in their tents, and according to the commandment of the LORD they journeyed.
Sometimes the cloud remained over the tabernacle for only a few days, and they would camp at the LORD’s command and set out at the LORD’s command.
Or whether it were two days, or a month, or a year, that the cloud
tarried upon the tabernacle, remaining
thereon, the children of Israel abode in their tents, and journeyed not: but when it was taken up, they journeyed.
Whether the cloud
lingered for two days, a month, or longer, the Israelites camped and did not set out as long as the cloud remained
over the tabernacle; but when it was lifted, they would set out.
Also in the day of your
gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the
trumpets over your burnt offerings, and
over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a
memorial before your God: I am the LORD your God.
And on your
joyous occasions, your appointed feasts, and the beginning of each month, you are to blow the
trumpets over your burnt offerings and
fellowship offerings to serve as a reminder for you before your God. I am the LORD your God.”

Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai was
over the division of the tribe of
Simeon,
And
over the host of the tribe of the children of
Gad was Eliasaph the son of Deuel.
and Eliasaph son of Deuel was
over the division of the tribe of
Gad.
And the standard of the camp of the children of Ephraim set forward according to their armies: and over his host was Elishama the son of Ammihud.
Next, the divisions of the camp of Ephraim set out under their standard, with Elishama son of Ammihud in command.

over the host of the tribe of the children of
Manasseh was
Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur.
And over the host of the tribe of the children of Benjamin was Abidan the son of Gideoni.
and Abidan son of Gideoni was over the division of the tribe of Benjamin.
And the standard of the camp of the children of
Dan set forward, which was the rereward of all the camps throughout their hosts: and
over his host was Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai.
Finally, the divisions of the camp of
Dan set out under their standard, serving as the rear guard for all units, with Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai in command.
And over the host of the tribe of the children of Asher was Pagiel the son of Ocran.
Pagiel son of Ocran was over the division of the tribe of Asher,
And
over the host of the tribe of the children of
Naphtali was Ahira the son of Enan.
and Ahira son of Enan was
over the division of the tribe of
Naphtali.
And the cloud of the LORD was upon them by day, when they went out of the camp.
And the cloud of the LORD was over them by day when they set out from the camp.
And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.
Then the LORD said to Moses, “Bring Me seventy of the elders of Israel known to you as leaders and officers of the people. Bring them to the Tent of Meeting and have them stand there with you.
And
Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to
overcome it.
Then
Caleb quieted the people before Moses and said, “We must go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly
conquer it!”
And they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land: for they have heard that thou LORD art among this people, that thou LORD art seen face to face, and that thy cloud standeth
over them, and that thou goest before them, by
daytime in a
pillar of a cloud, and in a
pillar of fire by night.
And they will tell it to the inhabitants of this land. They have already heard that You, O LORD, are in the midst of this people, that You, O LORD, have been seen face to face, that Your cloud stands
over them, and that You go before them in a
pillar of cloud by day and a
pillar of fire by night.
Is it a small thing that thou hast brought us up out of a land that floweth with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, except thou make
thyself altogether a prince
over us?
Is it not enough that you have brought us up out of a land flowing with milk and honey to kill us in the wilderness? Must you also
appoint yourself as ruler
over us?
They, and all that
appertained to them, went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.
They went down alive into
Sheol with all they owned. The earth closed
over them, and they
vanished from the assembly.
The censers of these sinners against their own souls, let them make them broad plates for a covering of the altar: for they offered them before the LORD, therefore they are
hallowed: and they shall be a sign unto the children of Israel.
As for the censers of those who
sinned at the cost of their own lives, hammer them into sheets to
overlay the altar, for these were presented before the LORD, and so have become holy. They will serve as a sign to the Israelites.”
And
Eleazar the priest took the
brasen censers,
wherewith they that were burnt had offered; and they were made broad plates for a covering of the altar:
So
Eleazar the priest took the bronze censers brought by those who had been burned up, and he had them hammered out to
overlay the altar,
And for an unclean person they shall take of the ashes of the burnt
heifer of
purification for sin, and running water shall be put
thereto in a vessel:
For the
purification of the unclean person, take some of the ashes of the burnt sin offering, put them in a
jar, and pour fresh water
over them.
And from Bamoth in the valley, that is in the country of Moab, to the top of
Pisgah, which looketh toward Jeshimon.
and from Bamoth to the valley in Moab where the top of
Pisgah overlooks the wasteland.
We have shot at them;
Heshbon is perished even unto Dibon, and we have laid them waste even unto Nophah, which reacheth unto Medeba.
But we have
overthrown them;
Heshbon is destroyed as far as Dibon. We
demolished them as far as Nophah, which reaches to Medeba.”
He sent messengers therefore unto
Balaam the son of Beor to
Pethor, which is by the river of the land of the children of his people, to call him, saying, Behold, there is a people come out from Egypt: behold, they cover the face of the earth, and they
abide over against me:
he sent messengers to
Balaam son of Beor at
Pethor, which is by the Euphrates in the land of his people. “Behold, a people has come out of Egypt,” said Balak. “They cover the face of the land and have settled next to me.
Behold, there is a people come out of Egypt, which covereth the face of the earth: come now,
curse me them;
peradventure I shall be able to
overcome them, and drive them out.
‘Behold, a people has come out of Egypt, and they cover the face of the land. Now come and put a
curse on them for me. Perhaps I may be able to fight against them and drive them away.’”
Now therefore, I pray you,
tarry ye also here this night, that I may know what the LORD will say unto me more.
So now, please stay here overnight as the others did, that I may find out what else the LORD has to tell me.”
And he said unto Balak, Stand here by thy burnt offering, while I meet the LORD
yonder.
Balaam said to Balak, “Stay here beside your burnt offering while I meet the LORD
over there.”
And Balak brought
Balaam unto the top of Peor, that looketh toward Jeshimon.
And Balak took
Balaam to the top of Peor, which
overlooks the wasteland.
And the name of the Midianitish woman that was slain was Cozbi, the daughter of Zur; he was head
over a people, and of a chief house in
Midian.
And the name of the slain Midianite woman was Cozbi, the daughter of Zur, a
tribal chief of a Midianite family.
Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation,
“May the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh,
appoint a man
over the congregation
And Moses was
wroth with the officers of the host, with the captains
over thousands, and captains
over hundreds, which came from the battle.
But Moses was
angry with the officers of the army—the commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds—who were returning from the battle.
And the officers which were over thousands of the host, the captains of thousands, and captains of hundreds, came near unto Moses:
Then the officers who were over the units of the army—the commanders of thousands and of hundreds—approached Moses
Wherefore, said they, if we have found grace in thy sight, let this land be given unto thy servants for a possession, and bring us not over Jordan.
“If we have found favor in your sight,” they said, “let this land be given to your servants as a possession. Do not make us cross the Jordan.”
And wherefore discourage ye the heart of the children of Israel from going over into the land which the LORD hath given them?
Why are you discouraging the Israelites from crossing into the land that the LORD has given them?
And will go all of you armed over Jordan before the LORD, until he hath driven out his enemies from before him,
and if every one of your armed men crosses the Jordan before the LORD, until He has driven His enemies out before Him,
But thy servants will pass over, every man armed for war, before the LORD to battle, as my lord saith.
But your servants are
equipped for war, and every man will cross
over to the battle before the LORD, just as our lord says.”
And Moses said unto them, If the children of
Gad and the children of
Reuben will pass with you
over Jordan, every man armed to battle, before the LORD, and the land shall be subdued before you; then ye shall give them the land of
Gilead for a possession:
And Moses said to them, “If the Gadites and Reubenites cross the Jordan with you, with every man armed for battle before the LORD, and the land is subdued before you, then you are to give them the land of
Gilead as a possession.
But if they will not pass
over with you armed, they shall have possessions among you in the land of
Canaan.
But if they do not arm themselves and go across with you, then they must accept their possession among you in the land of
Canaan.”
We will pass
over armed before the LORD into the land of
Canaan, that the possession of our inheritance on this side Jordan may be ours.
We will cross
over into the land of
Canaan armed before the LORD, that we may have our inheritance on this side of the Jordan.”
Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye are passed
over Jordan into the land of
Canaan;
“Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When you cross the Jordan into the land of
Canaan,
Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come
over Jordan into the land of
Canaan;
“Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When you cross the Jordan into the land of
Canaan,
These be the words which Moses spake unto all Israel on this side Jordan in the wilderness, in the plain
over against the Red sea, between
Paran, and Tophel, and
Laban, and Hazeroth, and Dizahab.
These are the words that Moses spoke to all Israel in the wilderness east of the Jordan—in the Arabah opposite Suph—between
Paran and Tophel,
Laban, Hazeroth, and Dizahab.
(The LORD God of your fathers make you a thousand times so many more as ye are, and
bless you, as he hath promised you!)
May the LORD, the God of your fathers, increase you a thousand times
over and
bless you as He has promised.
Take you wise men, and understanding, and known among your tribes, and I will make them rulers over you.
Choose for
yourselves wise, understanding, and respected men from each of your tribes, and I will
appoint them as your leaders.”
So I took the chief of your tribes, wise men, and known, and made them heads
over you, captains
over thousands, and captains
over hundreds, and captains
over fifties, and captains
over tens, and officers among your tribes.
So I took the leaders of your tribes, wise and respected men, and appointed them as leaders
over you—as commanders of thousands, of hundreds, of
fifties, and of tens, and as officers for your tribes.
For the LORD thy God hath blessed thee in all the works of thy hand: he knoweth thy walking through this great wilderness: these forty years the LORD thy God hath been with thee; thou hast lacked nothing.
Indeed, the LORD your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He has watched over your journey through this vast wilderness. The LORD your God has been with you these forty years, and you have lacked nothing.
Now rise up, said I, and get you
over the
brook Zered. And we went
over the
brook Zered.
“Now arise and cross
over the
Brook of Zered.” So we crossed
over the
Brook of Zered.
And the space in which we came from Kadesh-barnea, until we were come
over the
brook Zered, was thirty and eight years; until all the generation of the men of war were wasted out from among the host, as the LORD
sware unto them.
The time we spent traveling from Kadesh-barnea until we crossed
over the
Brook of Zered was thirty-eight years, until that entire generation of fighting men had perished from the camp, as the LORD had
sworn to them.
Thou art to pass over through Ar, the coast of Moab, this day:
“
Today you are going to cross the border of Moab at Ar.
And when thou comest
nigh over against the children of
Ammon, distress them not, nor
meddle with them: for I will not give thee of the land of the children of
Ammon any possession; because I have given it unto the children of Lot for a possession.
But when you get close to the
Ammonites, do not
harass them or
provoke them, for I will not give you any of the land of the
Ammonites. I have given it to the descendants of Lot as their possession.”
Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass
over the river
Arnon: behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of
Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and
contend with him in battle.
“Arise, set out, and cross the
Arnon Valley. See, I have delivered into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of
Heshbon, and his land. Begin to take possession of it and
engage him in battle.
(As the children of
Esau which dwell in
Seir, and the Moabites which dwell in Ar, did unto me;) until I shall pass
over Jordan into the land which the LORD our God giveth us.
just as the descendants of
Esau who live in
Seir and the Moabites who live in Ar did for us, until we cross the Jordan into the land that the LORD our God is giving us.”
And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have begun to give Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possess, that thou mayest
inherit his land.
Then the LORD said to me, “See, I have begun to deliver Sihon and his land
over to you. Now begin to
conquer and possess his land.”
And the LORD our God delivered him before us; and we
smote him, and his sons, and all his people.
And the LORD our God delivered him over to us, and we defeated him and his sons and his whole army.
And I commanded you at that time, saying, The LORD your God hath given you this land to possess it: ye shall pass over armed before your brethren the children of Israel, all that are meet for the war.
At that time I commanded you: “The LORD your God has given you this land to possess. All your men of
valor are to cross
over, armed for battle,
ahead of your brothers, the Israelites.
I pray thee, let me go
over, and see the good land that is beyond Jordan, that goodly mountain, and
Lebanon.
Please let me cross
over and see the good land beyond the Jordan—that pleasant hill country as well as
Lebanon!”
Get thee up into the top of
Pisgah, and lift up thine eyes westward, and northward, and southward, and eastward, and behold it with thine eyes: for thou shalt not go
over this Jordan.
Go to the top of
Pisgah and look to the west and north and south and east. See the land with your own eyes, for you will not cross this Jordan.
But charge Joshua, and
encourage him, and
strengthen him: for he shall go
over before this people, and he shall cause them to
inherit the land which thou shalt see.
But commission Joshua,
encourage him, and
strengthen him, for he will cross
over ahead of the people and enable them to
inherit the land that you will see.”
So we abode in the valley over against Beth-peor.
So we stayed in the valley opposite Beth-peor.
And the LORD commanded me at that time to teach you statutes and judgments, that ye might do them in the land
whither ye go
over to possess it.
At that time the LORD commanded me to teach you the statutes and ordinances you are to follow in the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess.
Furthermore the LORD was
angry with me for your sakes, and
sware that I should not go
over Jordan, and that I should not go in unto that good land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance:
The LORD, however, was
angry with me on account of you, and He
swore that I would not cross the Jordan to enter the good land that the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.
But I must die in this land, I must not go over Jordan: but ye shall go over, and possess that good land.
For I will not be crossing the Jordan, because I must die in this land. But you shall cross over and take possession of that good land.
I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land
whereunto ye go
over Jordan to possess it; ye shall not
prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed.
I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you this day that you will quickly perish from the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess. You will not live long upon it, but will be utterly destroyed.
On this side Jordan, in the valley
over against Beth-peor, in the land of Sihon king of the
Amorites, who dwelt at
Heshbon, whom Moses and the children of Israel
smote, after they were come forth out of Egypt:
while they were in the valley across the Jordan facing Beth-peor in the land of Sihon king of the
Amorites, who lived in
Heshbon and was defeated by Moses and the Israelites after they had come out of Egypt.
And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt
smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor
shew mercy unto them:
and when the LORD your God has delivered them
over to you to defeat them, then you must
devote them to complete destruction. Make no treaty with them and show them no mercy.
But the LORD thy God shall deliver them unto thee, and shall destroy them with a mighty destruction, until they be destroyed.
But the LORD your God will give them over to you and throw them into great confusion, until they are destroyed.
And he shall deliver their kings into thine hand, and thou shalt destroy their name from under heaven: there shall no man be able to stand before thee, until thou have destroyed them.
He will hand their kings
over to you, and you will
wipe out their names from under heaven. No one will be able to stand against you; you will
annihilate them.
Hear, O Israel: Thou art to pass
over Jordan this day, to go in to possess nations greater and mightier than
thyself, cities great and
fenced up to heaven,
Hear, O Israel:
Today you are about to cross the Jordan to go in and dispossess nations greater and stronger than you, with large cities fortified to the heavens.
Understand therefore this day, that the LORD thy God is he which goeth
over before thee; as a
consuming fire he shall destroy them, and he shall bring them down before thy face: so shalt thou drive them out, and destroy them quickly, as the LORD hath said unto thee.
But understand that
today the LORD your God goes across
ahead of you as a
consuming fire; He will destroy them and
subdue them before you. And you will drive them out and
annihilate them swiftly, as the LORD has promised you.
Remember thy servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; look not unto the
stubbornness of this people, nor to their wickedness, nor to their sin:
Remember Your servants Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Overlook the
stubbornness of this people and the wickedness of their sin.
And what he did unto the army of Egypt, unto their horses, and to their
chariots; how he made the water of the Red sea to
overflow them as they pursued after you, and how the LORD hath destroyed them unto this day;
what He did to the Egyptian army and horses and
chariots when He made the waters of the Red Sea
engulf them as they pursued you, and how He destroyed them completely, even to this day;
Are they not on the other side Jordan, by the way where the sun goeth down, in the land of the
Canaanites, which dwell in the
champaign over against
Gilgal, beside the plains of Moreh?
Are not these mountains across the Jordan, west of the road toward the
sunset, in the land of the
Canaanites who live in the Arabah opposite
Gilgal near the Oak of Moreh?
For ye shall pass over Jordan to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God giveth you, and ye shall possess it, and dwell therein.
For you are about to cross the Jordan to enter and possess the land that the LORD your God is giving you. When you take possession of it and settle in it,
And ye shall
overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall
hew down the
graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.
Tear down their altars,
smash their sacred pillars, burn up their Asherah poles, cut down the idols of their gods, and
wipe out their names from every place.
But when ye go
over Jordan, and dwell in the land which the LORD your God giveth you to
inherit, and when he giveth you rest from all your enemies round about, so that ye dwell in safety;
When you cross the Jordan and live in the land that the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance, and He gives you rest from all the enemies around you and you dwell securely,
For the LORD thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt
lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not
borrow; and thou shalt reign
over many nations, but they shall not reign
over thee.
When the LORD your God blesses you as He has promised, you will
lend to many nations but
borrow from none; you will rule
over many nations but be ruled by none.
When thou art come unto the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, and shalt possess it, and shalt dwell therein, and shalt say, I will set a king over me, like as all the nations that are about me;
When you enter the land that the LORD your God is giving you and have taken possession of it and settled in it, and you say, “Let us set a king over us like all the nations around us,”
Thou shalt in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose: one from among thy brethren shalt thou set king over thee: thou mayest not set a stranger over thee, which is not thy brother.
you are to
appoint over yourselves the king whom the LORD your God shall choose.
Appoint a king from among your brothers; you are not to set
over yourselves a foreigner who is not one of your brothers.
That his heart be not lifted up above his brethren, and that he turn not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left: to the end that he may
prolong his days in his kingdom, he, and his children, in the midst of Israel.
Then his heart will not be
exalted above his countrymen, and he will not turn aside from the commandment, to the right or to the left, in order that he and his sons may reign many years
over his kingdom in Israel.
Lest the
avenger of the blood pursue the
slayer, while his heart is hot, and
overtake him, because the way is long, and
slay him; whereas he was not worthy of death, inasmuch as he
hated him not in time past.
Otherwise, the
avenger of blood might pursue the
manslayer in a
rage,
overtake him if the distance is great, and strike him dead though he did not deserve to die, since he did not intend any
harm.
Then the elders of his city shall send and
fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the
avenger of blood, that he may die.
the elders of his city must send for him, bring him back, and hand him
over to the
avenger of blood to die.
And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands
over the
heifer that is
beheaded in the valley:
Then all the elders of the city nearest the
victim shall wash their hands by the stream
over the
heifer whose neck has been broken,
Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to
inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved
firstborn before the son of the
hated, which is indeed the
firstborn:
when that man assigns his inheritance to his sons he must not
appoint the son of the beloved wife as the
firstborn over the son of the unloved wife.
His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise
bury him that day; (for he that is
hanged is
accursed of God;) that thy land be not
defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
you must not leave the body on the tree
overnight, but you must be sure to
bury him that day, because
anyone who is hung on a tree is under God’s
curse. You must not
defile the land that the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.
But if a man find a
betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die:
But if the man encounters a
betrothed woman in the open country, and he
overpowers her and lies with her, only the man who has done this must die.
When thou beatest thine olive tree, thou shalt not go over the boughs again: it shall be for the stranger, for the fatherless, and for the widow.
When you beat the olives from your trees, you must not go over the branches again. What remains will be for the foreigner, the fatherless, and the widow.
