Jerusalem remembered in the days of her
affliction and of her
miseries all her pleasant things that she had in the days of old, when her people
fell into the hand of the enemy, and none did help her: the
adversaries saw her, and did
mock at her sabbaths.
In the days of her
affliction and wandering Jerusalem remembers all the treasures that were hers in days of old. When her people
fell into enemy hands she received no help. Her enemies looked upon her,
laughing at her

As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.
The appearance of the brilliant light all around Him was like that of a
rainbow in a cloud on a
rainy day. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I
fell facedown and heard a voice speaking.

While they were killing, I was left alone. And I
fell facedown and
cried out, “Oh, Lord GOD, when You pour out Your wrath on Jerusalem, will You destroy the entire
remnant of Israel?”

prophesied, that Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then

cried with a loud voice, and said,
Ah Lord GOD!
wilt thou make a full end of the
remnant of Israel?
Now as I was
prophesying, Pelatiah son of Benaiah died. Then I
fell facedown and
cried out in a loud voice, “Oh, Lord GOD, will You bring the
remnant of Israel to a complete end?”
Son of man, thy brethren, even thy brethren, the men of thy kindred, and all the house of Israel wholly, are they unto whom the inhabitants of Jerusalem have said, Get you far from the LORD: unto us is this land given in possession.

you are to tell them that this is what the Lord GOD says: ‘I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel associated with him, and I will put them together with the stick of Judah. I will make them into a single stick, and they will become one in My hand.’
And the heathen shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity: because they
trespassed against me, therefore
hid I my face from them, and gave them into the hand of their enemies: so
fell they all by the sword.

hid My face from them and delivered them into the hands of their enemies, so that they all

And it was according to the appearance of the vision which I saw, even according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city: and the visions were like the vision that I saw by the river

cornet,
flute,
harp,
sackbut,
psaltery, and all kinds of musick, all the people, the nations, and the languages,
fell down and worshipped the golden image that
Nebuchadnezzar the king had set up.
Therefore, as soon as all the people heard the sound of the horn,
flute,
zither,
lyre,
harp, and all kinds of music, the people of every nation and language would fall down and worship the golden statue that King
Nebuchadnezzar had set up.

And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three
fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things, whose look was more

fell facedown. “Son of man,” he said to me, “understand that the vision concerns the time of the end.”

And I Daniel alone saw the vision: for the men that were with me saw not the vision; but a great
quaking fell upon them, so that they fled to hide themselves.
Only I, Daniel, saw the vision; the men with me did not see it, but a great terror
fell upon them, and they ran and
hid themselves.
Yet heard I the voice of his words: and when I heard the voice of his words, then was I in a deep sleep on my face, and my face toward the ground.
I heard the sound of his words, and as I
listened, I
fell into a deep sleep, with my face to the ground.
Then the mariners were afraid, and
cried every man unto his god, and cast forth the wares that were in the ship into the sea, to
lighten it of them. But

asleep.
The sailors were afraid, and each

calamity that is upon us.” So they cast lots, and the lot
fell on
Jonah.

fellow man of his inheritance.
Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH.

Shepherd, against the man who is My Companion, declares the LORD of Hosts. Strike the
Shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered, and I will turn My hand against the little ones.

fell down and worshiped Him. Then they opened their treasures and presented Him with gifts of gold and
frankincense and
myrrh.
And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds
blew, and beat upon that house; and it
fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
The rain
fell, the torrents
raged, and the winds
blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because its foundation was on the rock.
And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds
blew, and beat upon that house; and it
fell: and great was the fall of it.
The rain

raged, and the winds
blew and beat against that house, and it
fell—and great was its

But
whereunto shall I
liken this generation? It is like unto children sitting in the markets, and calling unto their
fellows,
To what can I compare this generation? They are like children sitting in the marketplaces and calling out to others:
But when the
Pharisees heard it, they said, This
fellow doth not cast out devils, but by

Some
fell upon
stony places, where they had not much earth: and
forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth:
Some
fell on rocky ground, where it did not have much soil. It
sprang up quickly because the soil was shallow.
And some
fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and
choked them:
Other seed
fell among thorns, which grew up and
choked the seedlings.
But other
fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an
hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.
Still other seed

fell down, and worshipped him, saying, Lord, have
patience with me, and I will pay thee all.

But the same servant went out, and found one of his
fellowservants, which owed him an hundred
pence: and he laid hands on him, and took him by the throat, saying, Pay me that thou owest.
But when that servant went out, he found one of his
fellow servants who owed him a hundred
denarii. He
grabbed him and began to
choke him, saying, ‘Pay back what you owe me!’
And his
fellowservant fell down at his feet, and
besought him, saying, Have
patience with me, and I will pay thee all.
So his
fellow servant
fell down and
begged him, ‘Have
patience with me, and I will pay you back.’
So when his
fellowservants saw what was done, they were very
sorry, and came and told unto their lord all that was done.
When his fellow servants saw what had happened, they were greatly distressed, and they went and recounted all of this to their master.
Shouldest not thou also have had
compassion on thy
fellowservant, even as I had
pity on thee?
Shouldn’t you have had mercy on your fellow servant, just as I had on you?’

choked it, and it yielded no fruit.
Other seed

choked the seedlings, and they yielded no crop.
And other
fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that
sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred.
Still other seed
fell on good soil, where it
sprouted, grew up, and produced a crop—one bearing thirtyfold, another sixtyfold, and another a
hundredfold.”

mature.
